Hi all, I'm currently trying to build a rig with both my trusty POD HD Pro X and my new EVH 5150-III. Currently I'm using the POD direct to FOH and patch changes are taken care off by Cubase through the MIDI connections. As the 50W 5150 is also MIDI compatible I figured to design a rig with the POD to FOH and the 5150 for stage sound. Now I was wondering whether it's OK or not to connect the "dry out" on the back of the POD to the regular guitar input of the 5150? I know a little bit about impedances and line volumes, but not enough to judge whether solution would damage the tube amp. Who can help me? :) Thanks in advance!

I had the unfortunate luck that my FBV3 Controller and PowerCab were damaged by a water leak in my home while I was away. Has anyone experienced water/liquid on their controller? You know like a beer at a gig? How waterproof are these controllers? Mine is currently drying out in the afternoon sun? Any advice for drying out the device? (like rice on a smartphone)? I have a gig next week. Any special test I should run? Thanks all!

Hey I recently switched to a rack system and have the helix rack, effects gizmo, alembic f2b, a power amp and a shelf powered by a pedal power 2+ These are all plugged into a furman M8dx. And plan to be adding a wireless system for guitar and in ears as well. I will be powering on the power amp seperately but would leaving the helix rack(and everything else except the power amp) in the on position and turning it on/off with the power conditioner damage the helix? I have been careful to power everything on individually but wanted to know if I could streamline the process Also I noticed when switching the helix rack off from the front power switch it makes a crackling sort of noise is this normal? It seems to be functioning properly but I don't want to damage it
