Hi guys ! I'm not an English speaker , so I'll describe my problem as possible as I can. Sorry for that and hope anyone could help me. I'm a HX Stomp user. And I also use Stomp as my audio interface on Mac. The OSX of mine is Big Sur 11.5.2. I had installed the latest driver by Line6 and it had worked fine for quite a lone time until I installed an app called "Boom2" by App Store. It seems to an app which could enhance the audio on Mac. Suddenly the Stomp could use only the original driver by Mac but not the driver I've installed by Line6. And when I open the audio setting on Mac , it shows my device named "HX Stomp" but not the "Line6 HX Stomp" on output/input as before. Although I've uninstalled the app "Boom", the problem didn't get fixed at all. It was really annoying , now I've regretted for installing that "Boom2". I've tried to re-install the driver by Line6 again, but it didn't worked, either . So I've get here to ask if someone could help me with that, I'm really appreciate that!
Hi all, Today I find that I can no longer connect X3 live and kb37 with my Windows 10 PC. The latest Monkey software won't connect to either device. All my other USB musical devices are working perfectly fine with any cable. Windows 10(64 bit) does see my line6 gear but reports driver error..I have installed the latest drivers for both. The x3 was working perfectly fine with the PC a few weeks back..same with the kb37 a few months ago. Wondering if anyone else having this sort of issue. Thanks, TC
Hello, I just bought my first audio interface today (the UX2) and initially I ran into problems with the installation. 1. I downloaded the Pod Farm 2.5 2. didn't plug the device 3. picked the UX2 driver in the installation instructions 4. I plugged it in after it instructed me to do so. 5. No driver installation window appeared. I checked Device Manager and I saw the UX2 in the Unknown Devices with an exclamation mark icon; the problem: drivers were not installed. 6. Uninstalled the software completely and searched these forums for about 30 mins. Someone mentioned in a post on a thread to install Line 6 Monkey first (I really can't find the link anymore :( ). 7. Did that. He couldn't find the device even though it was plugged. It reported that UX2 driver was not installed and other things: USB Firmware outdated and the pod farm software and others. 8. I clicked to update the UX2 driver. It installed and after a few seconds it miraculously worked (and it seemed it updated the USB firmware as well. And that's it, then basically you can install whatever you want. This might work for other Pod Studio devices as well.
The product is the Line 6 UX-1 audio interface; I could not find a menu to register that product. the serial number (I'm assuming SN is that) is (21) [serial removed]. ASIO driver (Windows 7) won't write the audio that I hear through POD Farm. I also tested my amp and get a lot of background static with the 15 watt Line 6 Spyder IV amp. So far my experiments to troubleshoot involved researching how to get Audacity to write audio, That would require using a recompiled version of Audacity for ASIO driver support. That is the crux of what I need help with, I can use POD tones entirely if the amp is just staticky or needs maintenance first. I've gotten the audio waveforms in Reaper and Sonar 8, so I know that it can detect the input. It simply won't write to disk. This might be asking a bit much, but I'd also like support to get my keyboard working sicne that encountered driver issues as well. I've included all information in my Support Profile for OS, drivers, etc. Thank you in advance, after I get the drivers working everything should go smoothly! Love Line 6 guitar tones!
