When I updated the osx to 10.13.14 the UX1 stopped starting at startup, no lights red or green. opening Monkey it says that there are no drivers installed so I proceed with the installation that seems to install them but after restarting the computer Monkey keep saying that no driver are installed. I also noticed that some days after some hours that the computer is on suddenly the UX1 gives me the green light without any kind of action by myself, some other days nothing happens the whole day. Anyone have a suggestion on how to make it work again?

I have tried connecting the amplifi 150 to my windows 7 enterprise 64 via bluetooth and the provided drivers in v1.77 do not work. I've attached a screen shot showing as much info as possible. I am running Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows 7 Version: 20.30.0 (Latest). It is a Dell Latitude e5540. After adding a new Bluetooth device my computer recognizes it as AMPLIFi_150_56. It states This device has been successfully added to this computer and beneath that it gives a message windows is now checking for drivers and will install them if necessary. You may need to wait for this to finish before your device is ready to use. I get the small pop up screen showing Driver Software Installation and within it It does reach out to windows updates and installs: -standard serial over blue tooth link (com4) -standard serial over blue tooth link (com5) -Advanced Audio Distribution Profile(sink) but then fails when trying to install -Bluetooth peripheral device The hardware IDS for this shows BTHENUM\{00000000-deca-fade-deca-deafdecacaff}_VID&00020e41_PID&5061 BTHENUM\{00000000-deca-fade-deca-deafdecacaff}_LOCALMFG&0002 Under Compatible Ids BTHENUM\{00000000-deca-fade-deca-deafdecacaff} ConfigFlags 00000040 CONFIGFLAG_FAILEDINSTALL \Device\000000b9 Install Error There is no driver selected for the device information set or element. E0000203 This is the only device under my device manager that shows with a yellow exclamation. I have all windows updates and my laptop has all the latest firmware installed. I've completely disabled my Symantec antivirus and tried installing this. Anyone ever get this working? I'm a network administrator for large company and have never had this much issue ever installing a simple driver let alone connecting a bluetooth device.

Hi! The M20d ASIO driver is not designed as an audio interface driver for full multi-track DAW purposes. Why? Is it possible to wait for a new driver or better to sell this mixer? ((( Thank you.

So I really hope you guys can help me with this, cause I've had this problem for years now. I have a POD Studio UX2 connected to a computer with Windows 10. I have the latest drivers installed, 4.2.7.6. However, on occasion, randomly, the audio would just cut out, and entering the Sound config of my computer, it would tell me that audio enhancements on the device were causing problems. So when I unplug and plug back in the UX2, both clip lights alternate blinking, and the only way I can fix it is to restart the computer. I have already tried reinstalling drivers. Thanks.

macOS 10.13/10.14/10.15/11.4 has implemented an additional security layer for kernel extension drivers, such as the Line 6 audio drivers. After the Line 6 device is connected, the customer must open the Security Control Pane and accept the Line 6 driver in order for the device to be recognized. Typically, but not always you'll see this message when your driver gets blocked, or is not available for use with your DAW: However, sometimes the driver gets blocked and the message won't appear. Your driver and hardware simply won't work. In either case, you'd need to approve the driver in System Preferences > Security & Privacy: Additional information about this change can be found at https://developer.apple.com/library/content/technotes/tn2459/_index.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/DTS40017658 For some cases if the "Allow" button does not change anything, or the "Allow" button does NOT disappear after clicking. Please try these steps: Go into: System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Select 'All Controls'. Then: Go back to System Preferences > Privacy & Security > Press 'Tab' until 'Allow' is selected > Press 'Spacebar'. Note: the Privacy & Security page may need to be unlocked before 'Tab' will work.

I'm using the latest updates on OSX, drivers, softwares and helix and you know, everything. When reamping helix in logic the audio starts to cut and pop and mess up after a while. First a little and gradually more and more. It helps when I initialize the core audio from preferences > audio settings. The I/O buffer is at full 1024 Why do I have to keep doing this? It does kill the workflow and sometimes recording the reamp is ruined.

I have updated the driver for so many times, it still showed that i didnt have driver. Version: MacOS Sierra 10.12.3

Hello, I've been using UX2 for several years but I can't record and use audio softwares anymore. I noticed when I run POD Farm 2 or any audio soft (Gear Box, Ableton, POD Farm...) it stops working and the clip leds start to flicker. I think it's a driver/authorisation problem because when there's no audio software running it works. I checked license manager and monkey: my device is authorized and everything's updated. I'm running on Mac OS X 10.6.8, 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8Go Ram DDR3, 512Go SSD I can't understant what's wrong... Has anyone a solution for that issue? Thank you!

I just installed Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan on my MacBook Air. I waited a while to install this specifically because the Line 6 drivers are always bad early on. Sure enough, I've updated my drivers and now when I output from my Toneport UX2 using the analog outs into my monitors or through my headphones there's a constant crackling noise coming out. Please help me fix this.

Hi ! I'm currently trying to get rid of windows on my PC. For now I can do everything I used to do on Windows on my Linux, except for... music. I love to use my sonicport on my iPad and I would love to be able to use it on my Linux PC. I know that there are a lot of Linux(s) distros out there but almost all of them (the most used ones) are based on Debian. I think it would be a (really) good start for porting line6 linux drivers... Can you please tell me if it is worth waiting for a Linux driver development or .... not ? Thanks. Patrick

How to uninstall drivers from your Windows 7, 8, or 10 machine Note: You must have administrator privileges to uninstall a device or driver package by using Device Manager. To uninstall all drivers for Line 6 gear by using Device Manager, follow these steps: 1. Open Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Device Manager. 2. Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall. 3. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device" and then click OK 4. When the uninstall process is complete, unplug the devices USB connection. 5. Without closing the Device Manager screen plug your USB device back in and wait to see if Windows assigns an older driver to the device. You will know if Windows finds another driver to assign if Device Manager recognizes the device If it assigns another driver, please repeat the steps. 6. You will know if another driver doesn't get assigned when Device Manager recognizes the Line 6 gear as 'Unknown Device'. 7. Once you've removed all the drivers and Windows does not recognize the device, unplug the unit once and re install the latest Line 6 driver from the website. http://line6.com/software/ 8. Plug it back in and wait for Windows to assign the newly installed driver.

I have tried and re-tried but can't seem to get this done. My laptop runs win7. I've got Monkey at 1.71, updated the USB firmware to 1.04, re-booted both POD and laptop ad nauseum, even turned off my Norton... but whenever Monkey tries to update the FW, it thinks it's successful yet shows the driver at 4.2.5.1. My goal is to get my hd500 from 2.32 to 2.62, but I don't want to even attempt this if I can't even get the drivers to update. Anybody got any ideas? Also, when updating the POD Flash Memory, am I supposed to hold down a nav button and power it on somewhere in the process? THANKS (in advance)!

I can't believe it … OS X El Capitan is out for 45 days, with OS X 10.11 I was not able to use my POD HD500X anymore as an audio interface via USB, OS X 10.11.1 let's me hear something again, but it sounds terrible and there are many glitches … It's still unusable. I'm really disappointed at Line6 about their support. You should not treat your customers this way.

Why can't I update the drivers on my Bass Pod XT Pro. It is authorized, it did work and now I can only connect analog and not through USB. I feel like this unit wazs stolen from me by not providing drivers that lets the device work the way it was intended. Line 6 Monkey can't find it, but with midi I can update the firm ware but that is all. When it gives the list of drivers to install the bass pod pro xt is not even listed.

I'm currently running the 4th public beta of OSX El Capitan which will be released to all Mac users in the near future. I've encountered an issue where the operating system is not able to use the POD HD500 as an external soundcard for music production in Logic Pro X or even just for general media consumption. I was going to chalk it up to it being an unperfected beta release but the curious thing is that my Native Instruments Guitar Rig audio device works perfectly fine. Will Line 6 release a driver update after the public release of the operating system? Have Line 6 had to do this in the past when new operating systems are released? Anyone experiencing a similar issue? Any feedback would be much obliged. Cheers, Jordan.

Hello everyone, i recently bought a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 8.1 preinstalled on it. Like topic says, i can't use my HD500 board with it because windows doesn't recognise the device after driver installation. I tried installing the drivers with standalone application and with line6 monkey. I tried installing drivers in Windows7 compatibility mode. I tried disabling the windows 8.1 driver signature enforcement. The installation finishes without errors, but when i connect the HD500 it says something like "the usb device is not working and can't be recognized". I am sure the HD500 works good because i used it with my older laptop with Windows7 installed, so i guess it's a compatibility problem with 8.1?!? Why after installing the drivers, Monkey continues to say that they are not installed? The specific error i'm getting ( when going to control panel -> device manager) is: "The device reported a problem and has been discontinued. (Code 43) Request descriptor of the USB device failed." Thanks for every answer

I have a POD HD500 that i have just recently bought. I have previous experience with this pedal, but have never run into an issue like this one. I will do my best to explain this without getting anyone confused. I have 2 Computers. A custom build and a factory built Dell. The POD HD500 drivers will not properly install on my custom built PC, but install perfectly fine on the factory built Dell. The custom built computer is my primary computer and the one I am wanting to use for recording. This issue is very odd to me because i have previously had a friends HD500 connected to the custom built pc for 3 months and it worked fine. I haven't made any changes to the computer since then. I have tried installing the drivers as administrator, tried every USB port (which all work fine for any other devices). My PC recognizes the POD HD500 in the device manager, but is not recognized in Line 6 Monkey or HD500 Edit. I am at a loss and would appreciate any helpful advice.

I have a question about the audio over USB functionality of the HD500X. I use a audio interface when I'm recording and use plug ins, and I use the HD500X for live work. The other day I was experimenting with using the HD500X as an audio interface and incorporating Ableton Live into my live rig. Since then whenever I plug the USB into my laptop it mutes the analog outs of the HD500X and audio is only passed through USB. I don't remember changing anything specifically to make this happen, and I'm not sure how to undo it. I don't mind being able to choose whether audio gets passed via USB or analog outs when connected, I just can't figure out how to change it :) I haven't messed with it much since this happened, and I haven't tried re installing the driver yet. Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm from Brazil, sorry for my english mistakes in this post! My line 6 was perfect, but a few weeks ago it started to presented problems... When I use the Nuendo 4, or GearBox, or Guitarig, the sound of my guitar is ok! I mean, the Input is ok!!! But, when I´m using other player programs from windows, like Winamp, Media Player, YouTube and others, the "output" sound just crash and the sound freeze!!! So I open Nuendo 4, or Gearbox, and the sound of my guitar (input) is ok! But mp3 sounds and videos no... I'm trying to found the solution for that problem for weeks in Foruns of Microsoft, Line 6, and others... Some people are talking about AUDIODG.EXE or Windows Audio Device Graphic Isolation! This devices started when I run any audio archive im my computer! But I don't no how to fix it... I have Windows 8.1. My drivers are updated! How can I fix that issue? Thanks anyway!
