  1. without the transmitter the base has a slow while pulse. Insert the transmitter into the base and the base does a quick red pulse. The transmitter does noting. No lights at all. No matter how long I keep the transmitter plugged into the base it doesn't seem to help. There is noting transmitted when plugged into any guitar. I've used many different adapters and also left the transmitter plugged into a guitar to try and deplete all charge to start a new fresh charge. Noting seems to make the transmitter light up green, red white etc. Also when I try and update the firmware the updater shows there are no updates even though I'm at V1.0. I've downloaded V1.3 and V1.4 and the installer will not update my G10. Anyone else have this happen?
  2. Hi, My g10 is no longer working. I have had a search but can't find any conclusive answers. When I try to charge, the base unit is just flashing a steady red ring. The transmitter is showing no signs of life at all. I have tried updating to all the latest firmware, but no improvment. Anything I can do? Cheers,
  3. Lithium Ion (L-Ion) rechargeable batteries are a very common technology employed in many consumer electronics. The below suggested best practices and general information will help you achieve the maximum battery performance over the product’s expected lifetime. The typical estimated life of a L-Ion battery is 300-500 charge cycles (fully charged-fully discharged-fully recharged) or 2-3 years, whichever occurs first. L-Ion batteries will slowly discharge when not in use. Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time, neither in storage nor in the product. When a battery has been unused for 6 months, charge or dispose of the battery based on charge status. Rechargeable L-Ion batteries have a limited life and will irreversibly and gradually lose their capacity to hold a charge. Run time decreases as the battery loses capacity. Elevated temperatures can cause permanent loss capacity and negatively impacts the cycle life. Whenever possible, keep L-Ion batteries in cool conditions to preserve the capacity of the cells.
  4. Hi - I recently bought a Spider V60 mkii and am looking to get a wireless transmitter. I wondered if any other transmitters other than the GT10T will work with the internal transceiver built into the amp. I know that is the recommended one and supported one, but wondered whether others will also work
  5. I was excited to receive my Line 6 Relay G10 I ordered from Musicians Friend the first week of June 2016. I worked great in my bass guitars and latency was not noticed, I was impressed with the wireless capabilities and ease of use. I play with a part time bar cover group and It worked fine with all the wireless stuff we have in the band. THIS UNIT IS NOT ROAD WORTHY. After the third gig, the unit kept cutting in and out. It appears the Micro USB input in the back of the base unit that are fragile in nature in most devices with connection-disconnection use, had became loose within the unit and failed all together. If I may offer a suggestion to re engineer the design of the Relay G10 to incorporate a more durable power input for gigging musicians. The unit was still under warranty from the seller and I returned it for a refund. I was contemplating just swapping for another G10 but came to the conclusion that it may have the same issue down the road with a new one. I'm afraid to reorder a new G10. Too bad, I loved this Line 6 Relay G10. Thanks: Dri
  6. hey line 6, any news on new firmware to the g10 cuz after the update, all 3 of my g10 dont last more than 45 min in use... then it dies... before this update the battery life was easely more than 4 hours... any chance we get the old firmware at least ? so those of us that never had any problems with overheating or stuff like that can still use the g10, or is it time to throw it to tha garbage and get a boss wireless system?
  7. Hi, I got my G10 in June 2016 and was happy it with until it started to fail on me 6 weeks ago. It would have drop outs or no connection at all. It would not charge. Leaving receiver and transmitter disconnected from usb and each other for a few hours remedied the problem a few times. Now it won't work at all. I observed the following LED lights on the transmitter: A: continuosly orange B: quick flashing sequence green-green-orange C: slow flashing sequence green-green-green-green-orange When not having the transmitter plugged into it, the receiver will always pulse white. Plugging the transmitter into the receiver will make the receiver either go red pulsating with the transmitter doing B or white pulsating or white continuously with the transmitter doing A or C. Trying to update the firmware fails with error (The transmitter displays as firmware version 0.00). Guess I will have to send it back, but I would be interested in the meaning of the funny A, B or C lights of the transmitter, and what does the angry red puls of the receiver stand for? Tanks, steve
  8. My Relay G10 had been working just fine with my Spider V 60 prior to updating the firmware but I decided I should update the firmware as the urgent notices was instructing me to do. So I did and now my Relay G10 will not charge! I trusted Line 6 and the firmware and now it has rendered my Relay useless. Not impressed. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

  10. I successfully installed and ran the Line 6 updater but it could not find a more updated firmware version form my Relay G10 than version 1.00 though I know new versions exist from reading the forums. I noticed that the updater will allow me to specify a file location. Where can I download version 1.04 (or later) for installation?
  11. We have designed the G10T and G10TII transmitters to fit into almost any guitar. However, we anticipate that there will be some rare cases where the transmitter does not fit into a given guitar. If the G10T or G10TII transmitter is inserted into your guitar and the transmitter's actuator pin is not engaged, the transmitter will not turn on, the LED on the transmitter will not light up, and no signal is processed. In some rare cases, the guitars active electronics are wired with inverse polarity. In this scenario, the original G10T transmitter's electronics can go into a protection mode that keeps the system from being functional. This is evidenced by no output from the receiver, even though the transmitter's light is on. The new G10TII is designed to be electrically compatible with instruments using active pickups and preamps, without the need for an adapter. In some other cases, such as with the Line 6 Variax Acoustic 300, voltage can build up in the ring of the guitar's jack to the point of "tricking" the transmitter into thinking it is docked in the receiver and charging, also resulting in no audio output. Additionally, certain instruments may present a level of noise when their active circuitry is engaged and the transmitter is connected. We have found that a workaround to all of these issues is to use a mono-to-mono (TS-TS) Male to Female adapter, such as those shown below. The G10 transmitter is shown for scale. More details about the first two of these issues are included in the attached document. Troubleshooting procedure: Power the receiver with a USB power source. Insert the transmitter into the receiver (this will ensure that the transmitter and the receiver are set to the same channel). The LED on the transmitter should be Green or Green flashing. (If it is red flashing, the transmitter needs charging. Leave it in the receiver until the LED turns steady green. That indicates it is fully charged.) Insert the transmitter into the instrument's jack, turn up the volume control and play. If audio is not being transmitted to the receiver: A. The problem is mechanical if the LED on the transmitter is OFF when plugged into an instrument. B. The problem is electrical if the LED on the transmitter is ON, or FLASHING when plugged into an instrument Relay G10 Guitar Compatibility.pdf
  12. G10T/G10TII LED States: Transmitter Green when in guitar: On Red flashing when in guitar: Less than 30 minutes battery life left Green when docked: Fully charged Green flashing when docked: Charging Red flashing when docked: Less than 30 minutes battery life left and charging Receiver White solid: On and connected to G10 transmitter OR charging docked G10 transmitter White flashing: No signal from G10 transmitter Red flashing: Less than 30 minutes battery life left on a transmitter that is in use and transmitting, and not for a transmitter that is docked/charging. It is possible that the receiver's LED halo will flash red under other conditions, such as if the transmitter is not properly docked. Q: What is different between the original G10T and the new G10TII transmitters? A: The most obvious difference may be that the original G10T is black in color, while the new G10TII is dark grey. The new G10TII also incorporates new battery management technology, resulting in up to 7 hours of runtime and 170 hours of standby time, compared with the original G10T on the latest version 1.06 firmware, with up to 6 hours of runtime and 150 hours of standby time. Additionally, the new G10TII is electrically compatible with instruments using active pickups and preamps, without the need for an adapter. Q: My G10T/G10TII transmitter was fully charged, but my G10S is now at a single red LED and I have not played for very long. What happened? A: If, after a full charge, the LEDs drop to a single red LED sooner than expected, the transmitter may continue to operate for a number of hours, depending on the condition of the battery. While variation exists between batteries, a red blinking LED will generally indicate 30 minutes or less of play time. Q. Why is my docked transmitter flashing green when I know it's fully charged? A. Once a transmitter reaches full charge when docked, the transmitter will begin to discharge at a trickle. Eventually, the transmitter will dip down to a threshold at which it charges again. At that point, the LED may begin to flash, indicating charging. This could be noticeable for a few seconds, or potentially longer, depending on the condition of the battery. Just as there will be variation from unit to unit with regard to battery performance, you may observe the interval at which that flashing occurs may vary from unit to unit. Transmitters that have been through many cycles or that have problematic batteries could have a diminished performance and might now be much closer to dipping down into that threshold when they trickle upon full charge, which could make that flashing LED state occur more frequently, where it might be more readily observable in those cases. Q: I inserted the transmitter into the receiver and let it charge for many hours, but the transmitter never fully charged. The transmitter and the receiver is constantly blinking red. Why? A: In some cases, the transmitter could stand to be updated using the Line 6 Updater program found at www.Line6.com/software. Please make sure you are using the latest version of Line 6 Updater. Otherwise, there's a chance that the transmitter was not seated completely into the receiver to start the charging process. Once the transmitter is correctly seated in the receiver, the receiver's LED halo will be a solid white, and the transmitter LED will flash green until fully charged, at which point the transmitter LED will be solid green. Please see the images below for examples. Here is a video that illustrates LED statuses: Q: How long does it take to charge the battery? A: On average, a new transmitter with its battery in a discharged state has given the following results when tested: 15 minutes of charging gives at least 30 minutes of run time 30 minutes of charging gives nearly 1 hours of run time 3 hours of charging (full charge) gives approximately 6 hours of run time for G10T, or 7 hours of run time for G10TII All rechargeable batteries gradually lose capacity, so eventually the run times will decrease. Q: Should I leave my fully-charged G10 transmitter in the receiver? A: The unit is designed for the transmitter to be plugged into the receiver to stay charged. Think of this much like you would a cordless phone. Always keep it docked if you can for good battery life. Not being docked will not damage the battery nor accelerate drainage. Q: What is the lifespan of the battery? A: After 300 full charging cycles, expect the battery to gradually lose capacity, the amount of which varies. Please keep in mind that there are many factors that can affect these numbers, such as temperature, humidity, etc. but not enough to significantly shorten the life span of the battery. Q: Does the G10T/G10TII transmitter fit all guitars? A: We have designed the G10 and G10TII transmitters to fit into almost any guitar. However, we anticipate that there will be some rare cases where the transmitter does not fit into a given guitar. If the G10 or G10TII transmitter is inserted into your guitar and the transmitter's actuator pin is not engaged, the transmitter will not turn on, the LED on the transmitter will not light up, and no signal is processed. We have found that a workaround to this issue is to use a mono-to-mono (TS-TS) Male to Female adaptor or cable. See this article for more details: Relay G10 Guitar Compatibility (Fit/Electronics) Q: Does the G10/G10TII transmitter work with older Variax guitars? A: Yes, but the fit is not exact. Please see this article for more details: Relay G10 compatibility with older Variax models Q: Does the G10 transmitter work with guitars that use active electronics? A: In some rare cases, the guitar's active electronics are wired with inverse polarity. In this scenario, the original G10TII transmitter's electronics can go into a protection mode that keeps the system from being functional. This is evidenced by no output from the receiver, even though the transmitter's light is on. The new G10TII is designed to be electrically compatible with instruments using active pickups and preamps, without the need for an adapter. Additionally, certain instruments may present a level of noise when their active circuitry is engaged and the transmitter is connected. We have found that in most cases, a workaround to this issue is to use a mono-to-mono (TS-TS) Male to Female adaptor or cable. See this article for more details: Relay G10 Guitar Compatibility (Fit/Electronics) Q: Does the G10/G10S system work with instruments other than guitar? A: We developed and tested G10 and G10Sfor guitar and bass, but in theory, these products will work with any instrument-level source. This is not to say that it will work with any instrument you try it with, based on the above guitar-compatibility answers, but we expect that most will find success, so you are welcome to try. Q: If you leave the transmitter plugged into a guitar, does it still use up battery life even if it's not being used? A: After 4 minutes of silence, the transmitter will go into sleep mode, and will come back on when audio is passed through it again. Q: I have a guitar with active pick-ups. Can I leave the transmitter plugged in without the guitar battery dying? A: The experience should not be any different than leaving a guitar cable plugged into the guitar, meaning the G10T or G10TII will shut off in four minutes if it doesn't detect a signal. We suggest turning your guitar down to 0 when not in use, as some guitars, even those without active pick-ups, can produce enough hum or noise to trick the transmitter into staying turned on. Note that with certain guitars that have active electronics, leaving a cable plugged in might drain the guitar's battery, so the same may happen with a G10T or G10TII left in the guitar. Q: What is the maximum input / output level for the Relay G10 and G10S? A: The G10T/G10TII transmitter's maximum input level is 6.5 Vpp (= 9.5 dBu). The outputs on the receivers are at unity, so they are the same. Q: What is the dynamic range for the Relay G10 and G10S? A: Both products feature a dynamic range of greater than 110 dBA when used with either the G10T or G10TII transmitter. Q: What is the frequency response for the Relay G10 and G10S? A: Both products have a response of 10 Hz - 20 kHz when used with either the G10T or G10TII transmitter. Q: What is the amount of latency for the Relay G10 and G10S? A: Both products have approximately 2.8 milliseconds of latency from input to output, when used with either the G10T or G10TII transmitter. Q: What is the input impedance for the G10T/G10TII? A: Greater than 1 MΩ for both transmitters. Q: What are the specs on the provided Relay G10 and G10S power supplies? A: For Relay G10: 5V 1.0A output, input of 100-240v. The Relay G10S includes the DC-1g, which is a 9V DC 0.5A output, input of 100-240v. Q: Will phantom power harm the G10 or G10S receiver? A: No, the receivers will not be harmed by phantom power. Q: At what temperatures can I charge my G10T/G10TII transmitter? A: The recommended charging temperature range of the G10T and G10TII transmitters is specified as 50° F to 86° F (10° C to 30° C). Q: At what temperatures can I operate my G10T/G10TII transmitter? A: The recommended operating temperature range of the G10T and G10TII transmitters is specified as 32° F to 122° F (0° C to 50° C). Q: What are the specs on the provided Relay G10 Series power supply? A: 5V 1.0A output, input of 100-240v Q: Will phantom power harm the G10 receiver? A: No, the G10 receiver will not be harmed by phantom power. Q: Where can I purchase a Relay G10 Series Wireless System or replacement/extra Relay G10 transmitters (G10T)? A: You can order them from any authorized dealer. Q: What type of cable do I need between my guitar & G10T/G10TII transmitter? A: None; it plugs directly into your guitar. Q: Can I use both the 1/4" output and the XLR output at the same time? A: Yes, they can both be used simultaneously. Q: What Cable Tone length is the G10/G10S set to? A: G10's Cable Tone is set to 10 feet on the 1/4" output only. The XLR output is full frequency range. These settings are not configurable. For the G10S, Cable Tone is switchable between Off (full frequency), 10 feet, and 30 feet. Q: What is the range of the G10/G10S? A: The G10 is 50 feet, line of sight, as local conditions allow. The G10S is 130 feet. Line of sight: As with our other wireless gear, be sure to have a visible line of sight with the receiver. To get the best performance out of the G10 or G10S, do not obstruct the receiver with other gear or electronics. Q: How does G10/G10S/G10T/G10TII interact with other wireless devices? A: If you are using G10/G10S/G10T/G10TII in a setup with other 2.4 GHz wireless devices, please make sure to switch on all other wireless devices first, allow them to initialize and set channels, then dock the G10T or G10TII transmitter into the receiver for at least 15 seconds so the system can select a free channel. When using several G10 or G10S systems, please start by docking the first transmitter in the receiver, wait 15 seconds, undock it and plug it into your instrument. Please make sure that it is on (green LED on the transmitter). Repeat this process with the subsequent units. Many Line 6 wireless devices can be set to different RF modes. All Line 6 wireless units in a setup need to utilize the same RF mode to avoid problems. Your G10/G10S/G10T/G10TII unit is always set to RF2, so make sure that any other Line 6 wireless devices in your setup are set to RF 2 mode. G70/75 units use RF3, which can coexist with RF2 for G10/G10S/G10T/G10TII , so long as you avoid using the same channel between them. Here's an article that shows how to switch RF modes: http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/live-sound/relay-digital-wireless/rf1rf2-mode-switching-frequencies-r130 Q: Is the Relay G10/G10S transmitter (G10T/G10TII) compatible with the X2 receiver (or vice versa)? A: Both systems run in completely different frequency ranges so they are not compatible with each other. However, X2 and Relay units can be used on the same stage (along with any other analog wireless systems) with no problems. Q: Does USB 3.0 create interference in the 2.4GHz frequency range? A : USB 3.0 computer cables and peripherals, including hard drives, are known to emit radio frequency interference throughout the 2.4GHz band, which results in reduced range and/or performance for any 2.4GHz device in its proximity (including wireless keyboard or mouse, WiFi, etc.). We recommend placing any digital wireless receivers at least two meters away from the USB 3.0 device and its cabling. Below is a link to a study by Intel regarding this interference. http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/io/universal-serial-bus/usb3-frequency-interference-paper.html Q: How do I register my Relay G10/G10S/G10T/G10TII System? A: You can register on your account: Gear Registration Dimensions - G10 Receiver: H 3.5"; W 4"; L 4" Transmitter: 2" long after inserted into instrument Total boxed weight: 3 lbs. Dimensions - G10S Receiver: H 2"; W 3.5"; L 5" Transmitter: 2" long after inserted into instrument Total boxed weight: 4 lbs.
  13. Corrective Action required immediately for Relay G10, Relay G10S, and Relay G10T wireless products purchased prior to March 2020. Several instances of extreme overheating and a risk of fire presented by the Relay G10T wireless transmitter have been reported since the product was introduced in 2016. All instances of overheating reportedly occurred during charging. In March 2020, Line 6 issued a “recall-to-repair” with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The recall to repair is designed to prevent overheating and the risk of fire, and simply requires users to install a firmware update. It takes about five minutes to complete this process. Many users have still not updated their units so this Safety Alert is intended to raise awareness of the issue and urge owners who have not yet done so to be sure they have the latest firmware version. The latest G10T firmware version is 1.06. Please be sure to update your transmitter if you are not on this latest version. Additionally, and not a safety matter, Line 6 has determined that certain Relay G10T units with the earlier versions of the firmware may not charge optimally within warm environments. The latest firmware version also corrects this issue. Units sold after March 2020 were already updated to the latest version and require no update. However, if you own a Relay G10 purchased before then, and have not updated the firmware, please immediately update your unit to prevent the risk of overheating. Step-by-step instructions are provided through the links below. INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPDATING G10 & G10S INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPDATING G10T VIA SPIDER V AMPS INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPDATING G10T VIA YAMAHA THR-II Additionally, the Line 6 Relay G10T USB Charging Cable (an optional accessory not included with Relay G10, Relay G10S, or Relay G10T), which may be used to connect a G10T transmitter to a powered USB port, can also contribute to extreme overheating in the transmitter. The Relay G10T USB Charging Cable cannot be repaired and the concern cannot be remedied by a firmware update to other Relay G10 products. If you purchased a Relay G10T USB Charging Cable, please discontinue using it. Owners of the cable who provide satisfactory proof of its destruction will receive a refund. 14. Upon buying my G10's I came across the minor problem of being able to power them from a standard Boss BCB 9v power supply and not cause fatal damage to the units. I had a chat with the techie who does all my repairs and upgrades and this was the answer. A small PCB board with two fullsize USB inputs at one end and the ability to plug in one of the spare 9v power supplies at the other, but to do this you first have to snip the barrel connector off. The board is regulated so no more than the 5v that is needed will pass through. The small board fits nicely in the channel were all your cables go, to stop the board from shorting on the metal casing of the pedal board it has been housed between some protector and also not shown on the photo's is two pieces of foam that sit at either end stopping any movement. I also purchased a left angle 30cm USB to micro USB instead of the stock cable which was far too long. Just to add, when I took these photo's the power cable going into the PCB hadn't been insulated. Hope this helps some of you with the same problem.
  15. The transmitter of my G10 seems to have spontaneously failed. No sign of life at all. The halo on the charger flashes red, but the jack-plug device shows no light, nothing. The unit's about two years old and has performed perfectly up to now. I raised a support ticket online with Line6 and they asked me to download the firmware update and apply it. I did. Not surprisingly it told me it couldn't see the transmitter. The support desk also said that if the firmware update failed, I should contact my local (UK) service company, who are in Milton Keynes. Once I'd got past the autoreply bots, a real person said that they could have a go at fixing it if it's still under warranty (which I'll have to check) or, as the transmitter is relatively cheap, just buy a new one - the transmitter only. All of which raises a few questions. 1) Has anyone else had this sudden-death issue? 2) Can I indeed buy just the jack-plug transmitter bit? 3) If I do, how will the charger/receiver pair with it? I asked the guy that last question, and he said "it'll just work. Any receiver will work with any transmitter". Which raises the question of what would happen if I had two of them, and only one of them needed a new transmitter. Does the transmitter speak to the receiver it most recently was plugged into, or something? Anyway - I feel a bit passed around. Neither Line 6 nor the servicing partner seem that keen on getting involved, so I thought I'd ask for advice here. Thank you for your time, M

  17. I've just purchased a Relay G10 (G10R according to the tag at the bottom of the receiver). I downloaded the Line6 Updater v1.11 and installed in my computer. I plugged the G10 into my Windows 10 PC and the computer was able to detect and installed the driver (according to the PC's Device Manager). I ran the Line6 Updater, but there's a blank screen after the sentence "Select A device to update". Does this mean I don't need to update? Or that the updater doesn't see my connected G10? How do find out the current firmware version of the G10? I also tried to find some instructions on the updater, but none found. I'd appreciate any info. Thanks.
  18. Question 1: I have an LR Baggs Dual Source pickup in a Breedlove and I'm trying to get rid of the high pitch frequency created through using the G10 wireless system. It's a fairly common problem, but the solution seems hard to find. Has anyone tried using a 6" TRS - TS adapter to successfully eliminate that buzz? The recommended mono ts-ts adapter does not work. Or how about a TRS to TRS male to female adapter? Any other success stories to eliminate the high pitch buzz with the dual source pick up? Question 2: Does anyone use the G10 with the LR Baggs Anthem? Do you get a high frequency buzz, and/or can you easily eliminate it with convenient to use adapters?
  19. Well, if Guitar Center won't take back my G10, maybe Line 6 will.... Big fan of Line 6 products in general, but this is simply unacceptable. You guys needed to do more testing with various guitars before releasing this product. I am guessing here, but it seems that active electronics in acoustic guitars that use BRAIDED cables for the pickups have issues with interference. It's bad. It's high-frequency, digital-sounding noise and it's not anywhere near "typical" or tolerable. I have an Emerald X-20 acoustic. Originally equipped with a B-Band A3T system. My G10 worked just great with it, however I had quality issues with the system, so B-Band sent me a replacement. The new pickup design included a braided shield over the pickup cable. This is when the noise started with the G10. Using a guitar cable, the noise went away. After having yet more quality issues with B-Band (and Emerald quit using them as a supplier), I had Emerald install their updated LR Baggs Element system. This, too, has a braided pickup cable. And the noise is even worse than before. The guitar is dead silent when using a normal cable. Yes, I've tried the mono-to-mono adapter trick. No relief from the noise. In addition, this new LR Baggs system seems to suffer from the "reverse polarity" issue, whereby the system won't even work at all when plugged directly into the guitar. It's been more than 45 days, but I'm going to see if Guitar Center will take this thing back. It's simply not worth the hassle. For whatever reason, my 15-year old Yamaha (yes, it has an active preamp) works fine with the G10. But I simply cannot accept the noise coming from the Emerald, and it's not the guitar's fault. Any solutions before I return this inferior product, Line 6 people???
  20. I am a gigging musician and the G10 remote system is an answer to a maidens prayer - however, the point of failure is the power cord for the base unit which is a really nasty little micro usb plug which is so loose that it becomes a lottery as to whether the unit is going to work or not - surely there should be a much more robust plug than this - anyone out there with similar views? Come on Line 6 - you are better than this!!
  21. I have a Relay G10 which I bought it in October 2018. It's been either in my guitar being used, or in the charging cradle, plugged in, in that period of time. Very recently, it's dropped from more than an hour (don't know exactly, but I normally play for max an hour at a time), to about 7 minutes before it flashes Red and dies. I'll check but I don't think there's even a brief flash of Orange before it dies. I have the box and receipts, I don't think I registered it at the time of purchase. Does anyone know if this is a common situation, or if I have any comeback? I've done a firmware update om transmitter and receiver and it didn't help. Thanks friends.
  22. The Relay G10 utilizes 14 RF2 channels for transmission. The system performs a channel scan and sets itself to best channel every time the transmitter is docked into the receiver. This can take up to 15 seconds. If you are using G10 in a setup with other 2.4 GHz wireless devices, please make sure to switch on all other wireless devices first, allow them to initialize and set channels, then dock the G10 transmitter into the receiver for at least 15 seconds so the system can select a free channel. When using several G10 units, please start by docking the first unit, wait 15 seconds, undock it and plug it in. Please make sure that it is on (green LED on the transmitter). Then repeat this process with the next unit. The 14 channels are in place to give the system multiple options for finding the best transmission line. In a real-world environment, it is highly unlikely that a user would be able to use all 14 channels simultaneously, if they happened to own 14 G10 systems. In practice, it's feasible that operating up to eight G10 systems simultaneously would be possible. However, there may be dropouts with higher numbers, as the band will get more crowded with each additional system, especially if there is a WiFi source close by.
  23. I am using the G10 system. Is it possible to have 1 x transmitter in use in my guitar whilst I have another transmitter on chage at the same time in the base unit?
  24. Hello, I cant find this answer anywere: How much time does it take for g10 to completely charge? And, do I need to drain all the battery before charge? To increase its lifetime? Thank You By the way, Why in all vídeos you almost dont see the transmitter?? Looks like you are hidding the bug? I want to see it in a good plan or, some pictures.. I'm affraid its too big and becames uggly
  25. I have a 19 guitar collection. I have had 3 issues. Solved #1....Ibanez S relay would not fit......my solution, a minor sanding of opening with a Dremel tool and filled the color with a matching magic marker in blue. You don't notice the mod. #2- Michael Kelly hydride will play through he hum buckers, but the piezo acoustic pick up has no sound. Any ideas as to why? #3- Ovation Koa topped acoustic. While it is not an expensive model it sounds awesome plugged in, but when I try the G10 I get sound for about 10 seconds, a loud pop, and then a awful squeal that will not quit. I love that guitar, but it's strange what happens. The model # is gone (sticker lost a while back) but it is not a high end model, but it sure sounds like one. The electronics are the standard Ovation brand. I would like to get the 2 guitars to work......any suggestions?
