  1. Happy Easter all, Sadly, my laptop becam infected with a virus and I needed to reformat the hard drive in order to clear it. I have Gear Box re-installed with the basic package, but I purchased the Gold bundle and cannot get it to reload. I've run the license manager, and can see the bundle; but I cannot get it to display in the Gearbox software. I checked my account and the device ESN (and computer serial #) is very different from that displayed in license manager and that on my account. Could this be the issue? If so, how can I get the License manager to reflect the correct info? I've reinstalled the software a few times to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Richard

I've recently been looking around to find an affordable JTV 69 in my area, and i came across some online sellers trading JTV 69 in a Shoreline Gold. which I love the color but given that the Line 6 Website doesn't show the 69 being available in the gold i'm a little sceptical as to whether these are legitimate or not. anyone able to help clear up the mystery? or is it just one of the many US custom colors?
  3. Hello all and thanks in advance for your help. Hardware: TonePort DI-G Dell Precision M6400 Mobile Workstation Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.5Ghz w/4GB RAM Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit Problem: I recently wiped the hard drive on this laptop and re-installed everything from scratch. Part of that process involved logging into my Line 6 account and downloading the software I needed to get my TonePort up-and-running. Once before, I moved the TonePort from my MacBook to this Dell and everything worked great. However, this go around none of the Model Packs that I had before were installed by the Line 6 Monkey utility and I cannot see anyway to get them. The License Manager says that I am authorized for several add-ons, including the Model Packs. But as I said before, there doesn't seem to be any way to get them. Any help would be appreciated.
