Hello guys; wondering if you can help me out I use a Line 6 UX1 and the softwares assigned, POD2 and Riffworks. My drummer wants to send me the drum tracks so I can add the guitar layers, but I am not particularly happy with the built in emulators. Has anyone experienced recording via SM57 straight to the cab cone? I'd like to give it a go as I've got a 6505, but I am not sure if the sm57 be worth the investment without knowing how the ASIO would respond. Many thanks in advance. John.

Hello Fellow Musicians, Got my hands on POD HD500, and decided to make a song using it. Here are the results: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oly5Mfaqruw HD 500 Is a powerful thing. Most of the sounds are slightly tweaked factory presets such as ball on fire. If you like it, I would be happy to share presets used.

Hi there Line6 users! Do you know what impedance use the Pod studio UX2 in Instrument inputs (active and passive) and in Line inputs? I' ve done a weird thing but it can work IMHO: I've plugged in the line input my little guitar amp through the phones output but the recorded guitar make a lot of noise. Perhaps must I put a DI box between the amplifier's phones output and the pod and connect the the DI box output to a Pod's Mic input? Thx, and keep on rockin'!
