Good Sunday! I hope everyone is doing ok.
While I am certainly not new to Line 6 products, I AM new to the Helix (which I bought last week). I immediately followed the instructions to update to the latest firmware and am digging it so far. I have downloaded numerous patches from customtone. While most of them work, there are a few that don't have any output at all despite being set to multi output. Nothing through headphones either.
Given the ratings and number of downloads for the patches below, I presume others are able to hear them just fine... Any ideas on what is wrong?
