Good morning, I hope you are well. I wanted to comment on what happened to my UX2, it was working and the lights went out and it stopped working. There was no surge, nothing abnormal happened. Any ideas? It's not detected by the operating system. Is there a way to revive it via USB or something similar or it definitely died. If the same thing happened to anyone, it would be helpful. Thank you very much.

Hi, My g10 is no longer working. I have had a search but can't find any conclusive answers. When I try to charge, the base unit is just flashing a steady red ring. The transmitter is showing no signs of life at all. I have tried updating to all the latest firmware, but no improvment. Anything I can do? Cheers,

Hey, just got the DL4 MKII and want to figure out how to make it so that when i turn off a delay with the footswitch and then turn it on again, it resets to my saved settings. I use one of the presets for oscillation and want to be able to turn it off and turn it back on to restart the build up. When I switch from one preset to another preset and back it resets it, I just want to be able to reset it without having to switch presets. Cheers

Hello All, Proud owner of way too many line 6 products. Specifically with my Variax, I am noticing some compatibility issues with certain softwares that prompted me to ensure I had both a Windows and Mac computer. I can't recall how long ago Monkey and Updater stopped being supported on Mac OS but it prompted me to go get a windows desktop (amongst other justifications for needing it). However, even the windows softwares didn't seem to allow me to do a factory reset on the Varian (a Shrunken, which has some eccentric tunings I wanted to try out). I tried referring to the manual for the tunings but seeing "BEEEEE" tuning doesn't help me know which octave each string is set to. Might just be me and this particular scenario but Stevics tunings sometime need to note which dang octave LoL. Sorry, tangent. I still think that some of these tools either need to be supported fully until there is a working replacement or compatibility needs to be addressed somehow, hence my browser suggestion. I'll just leave this note here for now. Curious if anyone else has similar experiences and very mild frustrations. Cheers, JScotty

So, I bought a Vetta 1 combo today and it was working perfectly in the store. I brought I home and plugged it in and was presented with this (see image) the screen looks garbled and wonky. I took it back to the store because they have a 60 day warranty on used items and i won’t have it back for about 2 weeks. Does anybody know anything about this? I thought it had something to do with the internal battery but I just want to see if anyone here knows anything about this.

The Spider V20 MkII isn't working properly. The lights on the amp turn off immediately after turning the device on and it won't connect to the guitar, doesn't get recognized by any of the Line 6 updater and crashes the spider app. Update: I managed to update it to 2.0 but the amp won't restart automatically. The FX buttons started shining blue in passing but we don't know what to do next.

https://youtube.com/shorts/RelV779FIjQ After I moved to this new apartment, it did not have this noise right away but it started to get this weird hum/hiss/buzz sound. It sounds a lot worse with the headphones (because it is right next to you ear). It is worse when I using single coil guitars. Thinking it could be ground loop, I used the power conditioner from Furhman? still had that same noise. I took it to a shop and people there said there is no issue. FS1 is boost, FS2 is overdrive, FS4 was compression pedal. When I unplug the guitar, there is no noise. Using the position 2 and 4 from start cuts the noise off but when you play that noise can be heard in the back and leaves the trails of the noise. I tried doing everything, plugging just the pedal in the power, trying it in the different room etc. Nothing seems to work so far. I will be taking it to different house maybe in few weeks but other than that I have no idea what is causing this. What could be the issue?

I own a Helix floor model and I am trying to hook it up in such a way that I can listen to spotify/yt on my headset (Bluetooth) and play along with my helix, I read the user manual and I believe I have the correct signal path. But I cant for the life of me get any audio to come from my pc. I am using USB audio so I just have that cable going into the pc and my guitar i tried going into "guitar in" and "mono/left" but heard nothing from either input. I plugged it into some monitors and everything was working fine where the Helix is concerned. I also noticed when I selected helix as my input I have signal but still no audio. I tried swapping my USB in 1/2 to 1/4 but still nothing. What am I missing? (I'm new to this so I apologize if the answer is obvious.) Thanks in advance for any help I appreciate it.

I have an interesting bug in my Shuriken Variax I need to fix Whatever 12string guitar I use theres a problem with D string. When I play open D string the parallel (high) note is not in octave but octave plus one halfstep... Therefore only this string is out of tune. Funny thing is when I start pressing frets on D string the harmonics are octave as the shoud be... This bug is only while playing open D string. Any ideas how to fix it, Already went through factory reset. Thanks Zabis

Recently, I upgraded to a L6 Helix, two M-Audio speaker monitors, and the Clarett+ 4pre audio interface. My issue is how to connect what I have to get the most out of it. This setup isn't for gigs, it's for home recording. 1.-- I have a spdif cable connected from the output of the helix to the "optical in" of the clarett+. It's a "cinnamon" toslink optical cable. I have two more "digital" livewire spdif cables. I see there is an extra spdif "in" and "out" on the back of the Clarett audio interface, besides the optical in. On the Helix, the spdif output is connected to the clarett optical in, but the input is available. How many spdif cables should I connect? How should they be connected? Also, I have xlr to 1/4 cables--the music store said I would still need these even with Spdif input and output. Do I need to use two xlr - 1/4 cables in addition to spdif (Helix xlr outputs to Clarett audio interface 1/4 line inputs)? Should I not use both spdif and xlr together? 2.-- Both the Clarett+ audio interface and the Helix use usb interfaces to connect to a computer. Clarett uses a mini usb, and Helix uses a more traditional (looking) usb. I was told to either use the Helix usb or both, and they leaned toward both being preferable. Which is the best configuration? 3.-- I feel novice as hell asking this, but should I plug my instrument (guitar, in this case) into the Clarett AI or the Helix? If I want distortion, do I have to plug it into the Helix? Appreciate the help ~Ven

The POD Go loads into the frozen bean silhouette with no progress upon starting. Went through installing go edit for the drivers, Line 6 updater, starting the POD in update mode with the updater in DXP-NFU, and using multiple computers and USB cables. No matter the combination, the firmware update fails. I get to where the PC says installing firmware update and the POD says updating, but the progress bar never even fills at all and the firmware update failed error always follows.

Hi! i have a Spider V 60 MKII and an FBV MKII Express. i'm trying to figure out how to map the 4 foot buttons on the FBV to specific pre-sets i have on the amp so that i can switch between them as i wish while practicing. I'm not looking for anything super complicated (yet :) ) just wanna choose 2 clean tones and 2 with effects and i like a bunch of the pre-sets out of the box. Anyone can help me??? Thanks!!!

Hi! I have a problem, I use the pod hd500x and an engl invader, I connect the midi in of the amplifier (configure omni engl) to the pod, I configure omni in the pod, and it changes the channel, that is, it communicates well, I can change the variax preset, the effects preset by fxloop, and the amp channel with its gains, noise gate, volume A / B, etc. my problem is that when I connect the guitar cable it makes a lot of noise, like fireworks, and it only disappears if I remove the midi, which prevents me from changing the channel of the engl, although if I use the FX loop, If I do without the 4-wire method, it happens to me that with the guitar's wireless it goes well, but as soon as I put a cable instead of wireless it puts noise again, until I disconnect the midi out of the pod .. I don't understand what happens What is different about the wireless cable? ... In the end in summary I can use the pod well as long as I use the z15 to change channels. But I want everything from one, that I have already seen that it is possible, but the noise prevents me. I have to find the one who communicates well via midi and voila Can you give me any suggestions? I change the omni of the pod for a specific channel? Any opinion or criticism is welcome.

I have been using plugins almost exclusively now, and it's been annoying me having to manually switch presets. So I asked around and I was told I could use a pod hd500x to switch between presets on my plugins. So I bought one used and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it. I'm hoping, that someone here can help me out? the plugins I use are neural dsp plugins, if that's needed info

I used to use my custom presets for weeks, today I want to use other sound and found that all the factory presets page is changed to "NewPreset" and all Presets are blank. Do anyone know how to restore the Factory Presets? I'm okay to build my custom presets afterwards. Many thanks.

So the history is today arrived my Pod Go, everything work as intended, but later I tried to install the Go Edit software... Everything worked until it asked me to update the firmware. The update failed. Now my Pod Go won't even boot, just shows up the blank pod go logo. What I've tried: Reinstall all drivers (won't fix) Tried to update with Line 6 Updater (Neither Go Edit & L6 Updater recognaise the device is connected) All the avobe but in Update Mode (Nothing :) ) All the avobe with another USB (Nope) Factory reset (Doesn't do anything) I know the factory reset shortcut is "press C&D buttons while powering on" but doesn't seem to do nothing. Maybe I should reclaim, and forget all the affliction it's causing me. Please help.

Hello all. I’ll try my best to explain this, I’ve only been playing a bit over a year so my terminology is sub par. I bought this amp for $400+ effing dollars and within 2 months of owning it, I go to practice and I notice my sound is now very fuzzy and bassy. It was VERY crunchy, clear and metal sounding, but now it is so fuzzy that I can barely distinguish my notes when fast picking or fingering......sounds like total crap TBH. I have never moved the amp since I brought it home. No liquids, physical damage, weather damage or anything. Curious what I can try to fix this? I’m somewhat tech savvy, and would really rather avoid paying more to get it fixed when I can barely afford the $400 amp itself. I’ve gone through all the settings, factory reset it, but nothing. It will randomly work for a minute or two out of nowhere, but will go back to sounding awful soon. Adjusting the Input jack has no effect to the sound. One thing I noticed, is when this happened, the built in tuner stopped reading my input..... would act as if I was unplugged. The tuner has since started working again, but the speaker itself (or the software, not a clue...) still sounds very Fuzzy with low distortion, low clarity, and very bassy.

Heya! First time here - I'm new to the Helix series, having bought the Effects a few months back to use as my pedal hub. I'm trying to do something that should be pretty simple - run two inputs in stereo to the pedal, and then have two outputs in stereo. Issue I'm having is that for some reason, the R input on the HX seems not to be getting signal from whatever pedal is going into it! Left works great, and I'm getting a stereo output as well as the send/return in stereo, as planned, but for reasons unknown to me only one thing I'm running in is audible. The worst part is that I'd somehow managed to fix this in my first round of troubleshooting, but it was a fluke and I neglected to save haha. Any help is appreciated! For extra clarity I'll also put details of the routing in a spoiler tag below.

Hello, just wondering if anyone knows if theres a way for the controller to turn off the lights when you change patch on a toggle switch. i would love to know what effects are on while playing and then be able to play the next song without the lights staying on the toggle switches. i currently use it on momentary mode but having this very small addiction would help a-lot of FVB3 users.

Hi guys, I wanna start by saying I've followed the official line 6 guide to get this to work, but I can't manage it (Guitar is set to Re-amp Src USB 7). In cakewalk I've tried selecting "Left Digital Audio Interface (Line 6 Helix LT) 7/8" as well as putting the guitar onto 8 and trying "Right Digital ... 7/8" and also using "Stereo ... 7/8" none of them are working! I've done a global settings reset on my LT and still have the same problem, it makes me think I'm doing something wrong with cakewalk, has anyone else had this problem, or knows how to fix it? Any tips/advice is much appreciated, I'll try it all to make it work. Cheers, Jack

Hello there! First time poster here. I've had my stomp for about a year now and just recently there started to be problems with the output when using the unit as an audio interface. Any outputs from the USB cord end up with a clipping, buzzing type of noise. This only happens when listening to music, playing a game, etc. Does not happen to the output of my guitar, just the USB. It happens through both the speaker and headphone outputs. I'm on the latest version and have tried factory resetting. Any ideas what's going on here or what I can do? Thanks!

Yesterday, I finally got my HD300 to work by plugging it in via usb. I went on the line6 website and installed some audio drivers and it worked perfectly. I turned my pc off when I went to bed and now that I've turned it back on, it doesn't work. I tried installing drivers for it with the line6 monkey, but that doesn't seem to work either. Is there a way that I need to manually execute the drivers upon rebooting my computer or is it just broken? Any help is appreicated.

Hey guys! Abolutely loving 3.0 so far. I have a MIDI related question that hopefully somebody can help me with. I am running my HX Stomp with a Specular Tempus and am having some problems getting it to communicate. The tap tempo is working fine from the Stomp but is it possible to programme it to do this: - Snapshot 1 in my stomp uses patch A in Tempus - Snapshot 2 in my stomp also uses patch A in Tempus - Snapshot 3 in my stomp switches to patch B in Tempus I don't want to change bank on the tempus - I just want it to change to patch B from A when I hit footswitch 3 (snapshot 3) and vice versa. I seem to have tried everything including the new command center but can't seem to get it to work. Is this doable?
