Hi there, Im new on this Forum! I hope im acting by the Rules and Regulations here. Also be patient with me and my mistakes, as english is not my native tongue. I came here to ask some Questions before purchasing a Pod Go from Thomann. Im a pretty new Guitar Player living in Vienna City. As i want to practice without Noise i would mostly use the Pod Go with Headphones. Sometimes i would like to turn my Stereo on aswell and plug the Pod into that. I know it may not be the best sounding solution but i will only use it rarely with the Home Stereo, as i will have to be mostly silent. Equipment i already have: Sony MDR 1A TFZ King Pro FIIO F9 pro Phillips A5 Pro FIIO X5 3 Dap FIIO A5 Amp Denon X2500H Teufel Ultima 40 MK3 Homebuilt Sub (Soon if it makes sense to build one for Guitar Use) I want to have a good Sound with both. Do you Guys think it will be possible both with the Stereo and Headphones i have? Im not concerned to model a real amp 100% but i just want a good sound so i can practice. With Headphones i am really not sure if i would need something diffrent or to upgrade, as i heard not everything works good with the Pod Go. What works good for you and do you think the low resistance of my Headphones will work? Also i was wondering how to Wire the Pod Go so its connected correctly to Headphones and Stereo. What shall i do so it sounds good? Do i need more Equipment like Mixers or DI Boxes? Sorry this is new Terrain for me so i have no clue what to look for, which Adapters etc. Thanks for the Help! Hi, I have a analogue 2.0 Denon Stereo amplifier with two decent speakers setup in my living room. All my digital audio is routed via an external DAC into the Denon amp. Can I hookup my Helix via the S/PDIF-out into the DAC and then into the Denon amp? Or via stereo XLR-out to stereo RCA directly in the Denon? I also have a Behringer mixer that I can use. I just want to use this setup to create my sounds and to get a general idea of the stereo effects, etc. Does anyone have experience with this?

My POD HD500x doesn't sound harmoniusly rich when i do the following: Phones Output -> Stereo System by using a 1/4"-RCA stereo cable Sounds like bypass. I'm using the Studio/Direct output, although I've tried the other outputs (Combo Pwr Stack, etc.) and changes a little but stills the same. MASTER VOLUME is at half-step. (When I put it 100% it doesn't change either) I go for distortioned presets and it stills sounds so bad When I start from the 1/4" R/L Mono output it stills the same. Cables are fine. I have the last usb firmware, just in case. Any thoughs? Thanks for reading

Hi I have a PC/Mac hybrid with Line6 Toneport UX2 soundcard a PS3 (with optical output). I use the toneport for all my guitar/bass amplification needs at home and also record with it via Logic Pro. I have a decent pair of PC speakers (Hercules 2.1) but cant hook the PS3 up to them. I'm thinking about getting something like this Denon Mini Hifi which will easily accommodate the Toneport UX2. It's small which is important as it'll be going in my very small home office. My main worry here is that it wont sound great; but surely it'll be far better than my PC speakers??? I'm especially worried about how the speakers might handle angry guitar tones etc. I know for a home studio setup the ideal is to use studio monitors but I don't have so much flexibility with inputs with those and I guess they are only good for work via Logic really. Anyway guys, your experiences/thoughts/recommendations would be appreciated on this. Jim
