  1. Hello everyone! I’m stuck in a dilemma. I recently purchased a new computer. A 2022 iMac. Prior to having the iMac I had a MacBook Pro 2012. I tried connecting my PODStudio UX2 to my new computer and seeing as though Line 6 Monkey is no longer supported for new Apple products, I downloaded the license manager (most recent software). I also downloaded the most recent drivers that in theory should support my UX2 to my iMac. Guess again, upon scanning for my devices my iMac was found, but not my UX2! I tried uninstalling the newest driver and downloading the previous 7.6.8 driver. Again, no luck. I tried downloading Rosetta 2.0 as a workaround to emulate Apple’s Intel processor from previous apple products and again, no luck. I have ruled out practically every variable with a technician over email and cannot seem to find what the issue is. Is it finally time I put my UX2 to rest and move onto Scarlet?

I had to contact tech support because of a registration problem with the serial number. When I told him of my update intentions he advised me not to update, saying that if anything went wrong during the update procedure that my Vetta would become an oversized door stop. He said that it would have to be sent to the shop for repairs and that because of the age of the amp finding parts would be an issue. So now I have a conundrum about whether to risk an update. Has anyone heard of this problem before? Any unrecoverable crashes during an update? I've really been looking forward to performing this update for a while but now I'm afraid of losing everything if I do. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Brian Hensley
  3. Hello, I'm new to recording so any help is appreciated. I have a Line6 Spider IV 150amp. I am using the Scarlett 2i2 as my interface. I have everything plugged in correctly but no sound through my Monitors. I don't think i downloaded what i needed from Line 6 into my iMac because i had bought my Spider Amp prior to getting my new iMac. Any ideas of what downloads i need to install to get up and running???
  4. Hey guys, I'm running a 27-inch late 2012 iMac with MacOS version 10.9.4 (13E28) I installed an update for MacOS a few days ago and noticed that Garageband (and POD HD Pro Edit) no longer recognized my POD HD Pro. When I run Line 6 Monkey it does prompt me to install Drivers version 7.3.6, which I have done two or three times (restarted when prompted at end of installation each time). But once my iMac comes back up and I re-launch Line 6 Monkey, it still shows that I need to install the Drivers update. I'm certain this is the issue seeing as everything was functioning fine prior to the MacOS update, and the Drivers update info even says "This driver adds support for Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks) Is anyone else having this issue or might happen to know a fix for this? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. -J
  5. Was wondering if you can use 2 interfaces on the same computer ( but not at the same time) I'm thinking of buying the POD HD Desktop, but it doesnt have the 2 inputs like my UX-1 has for my Keyboards So even if I add the POD HD and disconnect it I want to be able to connect the UX-1 and add keys in my recordings. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob
