After the 2.91 update my tuner works fine after start but slowly loses connection. First it is slower to respond then quickly goes to a non responsive mode. Same issue with the meters. I have submitted a ticket but wonder if I am alone on this one or has someone else had the same issue?

Hi folks, just connected the TT to the home cinema. I opted for optical s/pdif connection. There's a disconcerting lag on the audio. Is this a feature of the optical audio connection? Will it be better if I swap to an analogue connection? Thanks for any suggestions. - Nick.

I am having an issue with the USB recording.. it will be working for a while then a small noise, and then the guitar is delayed by a full second (ironically the bluetooth audio from my iPhone is not interrupted at all).. just the guitar suddenly is delayed horribly...

Hi all, I just started using my Firehawk FX (which I am loving btw) as aUSB audio input to Logic Pro X v10.2.0. All works beautifully for a while but every so often a huge lag of several seconds is introduced making it totally unusable. It is like a 100% wet delay effect with a 1 or 2 second delay time is being switched on so I basically hear nothing as I play until a couple of seconds later. I have been able to get rid of it through some combination of switching input devices, turning core audio on and off, etc. This happens intermittently but I never get through more than 5 minutes without it happening so it renders the configuration useless. Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Steve

Hi, I've started playing my Firehawk buy connecting it to my notebook using a USB connection, the audio quality is awesome (better than playing through my amp), but I experience quite a lot of latency while playing, I'd like to known if anyone has a fix for this, because it's quite frustrating when playing to a backing track or metronome.

I've owned my M13 for 2 years now and I absolutely love it.. My favorite multi-fx unit by far. I've never had any problems with it (besides replacing the power adapter 1 week ago) until yesterday. I went to band practice and rigged my M13 up like usual and turned it on and everything was acting normal as usual but when I plugged my guitar and started playing the weirdest things started happen.. 1.) The M13 doesn't give me any fx at all ! If I turned on the delay = no delay.. If I turned the distortion = no distortion.. If I turned on the chorus = no chorus. You get the point... Whatever FX I put on the M13 would just give me a clean signal.. The FX shows up on the LCD screens like usual and M13 showes them like they are ON but I only get a clean signal. The M13 looks like it's working just right but it doesn't produce any effects at all. 2.) Every time I change effects my signal dropps out for about 1 second and these terrible clicks and pops follow when the signal gets back in.. And when the signal comes back in it's always a clean signal. It never adds the effects I turn on to the signal. I've tried 3 different guitars, 3 different amps, 6 different jack cables, 2 brand new Line 6 power adapters and the unit in 3 different houses but the it's always the same. I only get clean signal from it, no effects whatsoever. I always connect my amp to the mono output on the M13 and then from the mono M13 input to my guitar. I had the 2.04 firmware installed when this happened and I did a factory reset hoping it would fix the problem but it didn't. I've already sent the unit for repairs to the guy here in Iceland that's working for the company that sells Line 6 products but he already told me that he doesn't believe he can fix this.. He said it must have something to do with the digital part inside (the computer) and he isn't able to fix that. So what should I do ? Can you guys think of any solutions or fixes for this problem ? - Fannar

Hi, I'm trying to use pod farm 2 with a direct connection from my guitar to my computer via a Tracklink Guitar to USB Interface USQ-110 and using ASIO4ALL for compatibility, but the latency makes it unusable. I've tried everything I can think of in order to get it down. I've tried turning the buffer rate all the way down to 64 samples and switching to Reaper, but neither worked. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Please help!

Hello, I have been hearing good things from the HD500(x) however I have also heard about a noticeable lag when switching patches. I have been looking at getting one of these but I fear too much of a lag would be a deal breaker for me as I would intend on using it live. Could someone please post a video of said lag? That is play a chord, let it ring and switch patches a couple times, maybe with varying effects and even the exact same patch would be cool. This would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
