    Hey guys! Help me please with this. The problem is that I cannot edit the presets on the desktop (Line 6 Edit), because every time I press a key the message appears: Unhandled exception in AWT dispatch thread Type: java.lang.Runtime.Exception Message: Non-Java exception raised, not handled! (Original problem: Deprecated in 10_12 ... DO NOT EVER USE CGSEventRecord directly. Bad things, man ... bad things.) This same message, in a window for each key. On the other hand, scrolling up / down in the presets list gets stuck. And with the first problem, it becomes impossible to select a group of presets. Has this problem, something to do with Java? I already installed several versions of Java and I have no solution. I hope you can help me. I love my pedal board but editing presets has become a headache. I'm using an iMac, mid 2011 with macOS High Sierra. Anyone???

    Happened with every firmware version. After some use, when moving a block in hx edit crashes the connection with the helix fx, the unit freezes. Then i have to reboot the unit to reconect. No usb hub. Is this a known issue?

    Hi I am unable to connect to custom tone from within line6 edit. When I try to do this I get a java error and the software has to be closed. Java Platform SE binary has stopped working I've uninstalled all versions of Java and reinstalled Line6 edit and let it install a version of Java but the problem persists .

    Hello This is my first post in years. I just purchased a Line6 POD HD500X. I have installed the Line6 HD500X Edit software but It cannot open any of the tones from http://line6.com/customtone/ I have to first save the tone to an area of my hard drive, click file, open, use the drop down arrow to select "all files" to open anything I find on Customtone. Most of the tones I have found are .h5e extensions but I also cannot open .5xe directly unless I open the tone via the method I have listed above (File, open...etc...) Any tips or ideas? Thanks SynSin
