Can't authorize UX1
arnovdb posted a topic in Computer Audio Setup and TroubleshootingHi, I've bought a UX1 and I am trying to install and authorize it on my Macbook Pro (El Capitan). The driver is working fine, the light on the UX1 is green. I can record my guitar in GarageBand without problems. However, when I try to authorize the UX1 to get the full version of Pod Farm 2, the device is not detected. In License Manager only my Macbook shows up, no other devices. In Line6 Monkey, I get "no devices detected". I can only select a PodxT, which I have never bought or used. I tried reinstalling all the software but I get the same problem. I already opened a support ticket on the issue, but Line6 support can't resolve the problem, so it seems.
Pod X3 Pro + Gearbox IssuesWhen I want to edit some of my patches on Gearbox I get this message: "This tone requires you update your POD X3 to 2.00 or higher" According to Line6 Monkey everything is up to date (green check mark next to each item). I've got Gearbox 3.72.0 Line6 Monkey 1.64 - Drivers 7.2.9 - USB Firmware 1.00 - Flash Memory 2.10 Can someone please assist? I'm using OSX 10.8.5 on a 2010 Macbook Pro
Pod Hd500x Not In Device List Of Line6 MonkeyHi all, I have problems to connect via Line6 Monkey to my POD HD500X. I can't select the Device from Drop Down List because it's not listed. I tired it Monkey 1.65 and 1.63 both same issue. I installed the latest SW and drivers and also the Editor work fine. Screenshot is attached showing no HD500X in List. Anybody had similar problems? @ POD HD500X Flash FW 1.00 USB FW1.01 installed Thanks for support! Cheers!
Dear Line 6 : I Have been sent a new Motherboard for my PODxt PRO, which was serviced at your Authorized Repair Outlet, Music Market in Lima Peru. They installed the new motherboard version 3 and returned a working unit to me. Its been awhile, and I Had no trouble until I tried to connect via Monkey on my Win 7 PC. It seems the new Motherboard serial # sent by Line6 as replacement, Has not yet been input as valid within Line6 records. Please authorize my Pod xt Pro Hardware so It can be detected by License manager and L6 Monkey enclosed pls find some of the screens I have encountered and let me know if you need any more information from the XT PRO I ve Opened Ticket ID: 121631 to upgrade this matter LICENSE MANAGER ISSUE POD XT PRO.pdf Best Regards Orgus
