Hey everyone, I just wanted to take a minute and share some fun I had with the Helix last week. I work at a church and typically use Helix as my all in one electric guitar rig. Recently, however, I've been using Helix as an effect board running into an amp. Last week I also needed an acoustic guitar for one of the songs so I set that up through Helix as well. Electric guitar through the guitar input, using the 1/4in out and the Acoustic through the Aux input and XLR Out. Worked great! It was great having access to all of the reverbs and delays with the acoustic guitar and it all worked seamlessly together. For many of you, this might not be much of a revelation but I had a lot of fun working it out and using it!

So I'm considering a Helix rack as my main guitar setup and the only thing that I really want to know is how good are the amp models and IR's really? I've seen plenty of youtube reviews and testimonies online about how good the uni is as an 'fx' only box, but I'd love to use it as an amp sim while using my own pedals. I'd obviously be happy to use some of the inbuilt effects when I need them, but how do the amps hold up on their own is what I need to know. Just to note as well, I mainly play clean or light crunch so I'm not hugely bothered about the Mesa or Soldano sims being 'fizzy' or whatever. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello forumers, recently I purchased a Pod 2.0 and noticed when I change the modelling (left knob), there are huge volume differences between them. For example Line6 Layer amp model has really low volume... is it normal? I really would like to know it as I couldn't find such info on the net. Thank you! -
I have a JTV-69 that I purchased from Sweetwater on 8/18/13. I have another thread where I have described problems I am having with ghost notes in alternate tunings. I have to decide in the next few day whether or not I am going to: 1. Return the guitar - get a refund. 2. Swap out my guitar for another JTV. 3. Keep current guitar and wait for Line 6 to come up with a fix. Here is my question. Who out there has a JTV that they feel works perfectly? (both the models and especially the alternate tunings) Your feedback will help me with my decision. Also, if you want to chime in pro/con with your experiences with Line 6 support, that would be helpful - especially if I choose option #3. Thanks again! Steve -
I just checked the *new* bass models on the HD 500 and thought: Hey, what about using the L3t as a bass amp? The L2t is no good choice because of the missing low end, right? Has anyone out there tried this already and likes to share the experience?
