  1. Hello I have a problem. My Pod hd500 does not respond to changes in volume. I have the same volume in this state and in this OS X Maverics. I hope for your help.
  2. Hi Been out of commission for a while--just got a new iMac and want to know what drivers/software I need to update my POD xt for OSX 10.8.4 Many thanks GP
  3. Hello There, I haven't been able to connect my POD XT to my Mac using the USB cable. Tried using Monkey and it doesn't recognize the drivers. They download from the server, and install, but after the computer restarts it's doesn't see the drivers. The screenshot shows the Line 6 Monkey. Tried different USB cables, different versions of drivers and different versions of the monkey software. Please help me out!
  4. Every time I try to install the latest driver for my KB37 on OSX running Mavericks, it seems to install ok, HOWEVER, when I restart my machine and open Monkey again, it doesn't recognize the new drivers it just installed, and therefore cannot detect my KB37. Screenshot is attached.
  5. I updated my MacMini (end 2012 with internal 750Gb SSD) to OS X 10.9.1. I am using a Line6 UX2 with drivers 7.3.6 (Monkey : 1.65) I ma using Logic X (last version) And I have big crackling and popping issues when I try to record my guitar or bass (on both instrument inputs). I tried to make a bigger buffer in the system prefs and/or Logic X, but it changes nothing. Impossible to have a "clean" recording without a periodic crackling noise (periodicity depending on the buffer size, from aprox 0.3 to 1 second space) The only way to get it clean again is : 1/ to deactivate "core audio" in Logic X. But then I loose all the cool guitar and bass effects... and that's (partly) why I bought Logic in the first place !! 2/ I plug my little Apogee Jam (which I bought for my iPad) and there i gat Logic Audio working perfectly !! But I bought mu Line6 UX2 to use it !!! So please people : fix the UX2 drivers for Maverick !! Or tell me what's wrong with my UX2 ? .. In the meantime, I've lost too much time trying to fix Line 6 core audio problems ! If you can't make drivers for the mac, just say it !! I'm selling my line 6 junck and switching to MOTU ! They have a REAL customer support for Mac OS and CARE about us !!
  6. Version française. Deutsche Version. We have discovered that even if you've authorized your POD Farm 2 license with Line 6 License Manager, GarageBand 10 on OSX 10.9 will not allow you to use POD Farm as an AU plug-in on an audio track. The plug-in window launches showing that plug-in is not authorized. To ensure the plug-in is working as it should, we encourage you to test it on another DAW, such as Reaper, which is a free download. GarageBand 10 changes the location where the authorization files are found. However, there's a workaround to try: 1. Authorize your computer (or Hardware / L6 Device) - using License Manager 2. Start up Pod Farm (not plugin) and see that things are working okay 3. Copy the entire ~/Library/Application Support/Line 6/GuitarPort folder into: ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.garageband10/Data/Library/Application Support/Line 6/GuitarPort (create that folder path as needed) NOTE: You may get a pop-up from the OS asking you to lower your security settings to use this AU. You will not be allowed to use POD Farm, or other certain plug-ins, until this settings change is made. If you continue to have issues with POD Farm 2 after trying the workaround, please contact Apple Support at the link below for assistance with configuring GarageBand's security settings to allow POD Farm 2 to be authorized: http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ Nous avons découvert même si vous avez autorisé votre licence POD Farm 2 avec le Line 6 License Manager, GarageBand 10 sur OSX 10.9 ne vous laisse pas utiliser POD Farm comme AU plugin avec une piste audio.
  7. Hi, I have been using an Shortboard mkii with Snow Leopard on my 2007 MacBook Pro to control Ableton Live for about a year. I have recently upgraded to a new MacBook Pro running Mavericks. To get the Shortboard to function properly, I have to plug it in to the USB AFTER the Mac has booted THEN run Monkey. If I don't do this, Live 9 sees the Shortboard but won't receive messages from it. Weird - never had to do that on my old setup. According to Monkey, I have the latest firmware and software. The Shortboard is being plugged directly into one of the Mac's USB ports - I am also using a USB keyboard controller and a USB Korg Nano Kontrol but these never caused problems with my Shortboard on my old setup. Any one else having this issue? Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Steve
  8. Has anyone here upgraded their Mac OSX system to "Maverick" yet ? and is it compatible with POD HD?
  9. Hey interweb. I recently updated Garageband, and now Pod Farm doesn't work. The old Pod Farm that's free, cause I'm cheap and it's been working great for me anyway. Anyway, when I first open up Garageband it tells me that the Pod Farm plug-in isn't available on my system. But it is, it's - it's right there. So then, when I open up the AU list, I can see that the Pod Farm options are there, but when I go to open them I get this error: "Failed to load Audio Unit, please contact the manufacturer for an updated version or further assistance. (-10110)" So. Will there be an update to Pod Farm 1.12 for Mavericks and Garageband 10 compatibility? Or am I now finally forced to get Pod Farm 2?
  10. Howdy Folks, I've had this issue for a while (1 year +), but recently bought a new Mac which I was hoping would solve it, however, no solutions as yet. I'm using a Toneport UX8 with a 2013 iMac, along with Pod Farm 2.5. My preferred Audio Format is 48khz, yet when I go into the Audio/MIDI set up on OSX and change the default to 48khz, it does not save and every time I reboot the computer I have to reset it to my preferred choice. Does anyone have a solution to this yet? Cheers, ED.
