Buenas, estoy teniendo el siguiente inconveniente, actualice mi POD GO a la version 1.21.0 y cuando lo conecto a la PC y quiero trabajar los patches desde POD GO EDIT 1.11, no me aparecen las actualizaciones incorporadas en la versión reciente (ejemplo: Cuando entro al menu de amps -desde la app- no toma el Fender Princeton) y si aplico la selección desde el POD GO si aparece en pantalla (en la pantalla del POD GO) Adjunto captura de pantalla de la vista actual desde POD GO EDIT.

Hi everyone, I'm basically a newbie to the digital modeler world and I'm trying to use wah pedal for funk stuff eith full clean tone. I find the wah a bit gainy, i tried to set a lot of parameters but every models of it still add a bit of gain on the top end, which for clean tone I don't really like it. What am I doing wrong? Tips and tricks?

Click here to see the original POD Go FAQ. This FAQ will only focus on the wireless aspects of POD Go Wireless. Q: POD Go? POD Go Wireless? What’s the difference? A: POD Go Wireless has a built-in Relay® wireless receiver, ships with a Line 6 Relay G10TII wireless transmitter, charges the transmitter from its GUITAR IN jack, and includes a convenient storage well in the back panel for transport.* Other than that, they’re pretty much identical. So when you see “POD Go” in our materials, assume we also mean POD Go Wireless. In the manual, any POD Go Wireless-specific content will appear in blue text with a wireless icon. *NOTE: POD Go Wireless also supports the earlier Line 6 Relay G10T transmitter. A G10T transmitter should be updated to the latest firmware. Q: Where are the antennas? A: The diversity antennas positioned internally above the toe portion of the pedal receive the RF signal from the G10T transmitter. Avoid covering the antenna with cables, stickers, or other pedals. Q: Where should I store the transmitter when not in use? A: When not using or charging the included G10TII wireless transmitter, insert it into the storage well on the back of the unit below the toe portion of the pedal. Q: How do I charge the transmitter? A: Connect the included G10TII wireless transmitter to the GUITAR IN jack to charge its battery. IMPORTANT! If you turn off POD Go Wireless while a G10T or G10TII is in the Guitar/Charge port, it will remain in sleep mode and slowly lose charge over a week or so. Not a problem if you play POD Go every day, but a huge bummer when you come back from vacation. While in the storage well, the G10T/G10TII may retain its charge for a month or more, so it’s ready to go when you are. Q: How do I set up the wireless connection? A: POD Go Wireless has a built-in Relay® wireless receiver and includes a Relay G10TII wireless transmitter, so you can play untethered. 1. Anytime you bring POD Go Wireless into a new room or building, always connect the G10T transmitter to POD Go’s GUITAR IN jack. POD Go Wireless scans the environment to choose the optimal wireless channel and frequency. 2. Wait 10 to 15 seconds. 3. Remove the transmitter from POD Go Wireless and connect it to your guitar’s output. The G10TII’s battery lasts for 7 hours of playing time or about a month when inserted into the rear panel storage well. 4. Select the Input block on your POD Go Wireless device, press the lower knob, and choose either the “Guitar+Wireless” or “Wireless” as your input source. TIPS For best wireless performance, try to maintain line-of-sight between the G10T wireless transmitter and the antenna above the expression pedal. POD Go wireless has a line-of-sight range of up to 100 feet (30 meters). Facing away from POD Go Wireless can sometimes affect wireless performance, as your body can interfere with wireless signals. Also avoid covering the antenna with cables, other pedals, or small woodland creatures. Maintain a safe distance (at least 10 feet/3 meters, but preferably more) from 2.4GHz WiFi routers. If a WiFi router must be in your performance environment, switch it to operate at 5GHz, if possible. Q: How do I read the Transmitter Battery and Signal Indicators? A: At the top left of the LCD screen, POD Go Wireless always displays two icons: the Battery Life indicator and either the RF Quality indicator, or the Charging or Syncing icon, as pictured and described below. The first time POD Go Wireless is powered on, the battery outline is empty and the RF bars display as dimmed, indicating no transmitter can be found (see No Tx Found below). 1. Connect G10T to POD Go Wireless’ GUITAR IN jack. While the transmitter is syncing, a sync icon (circular arrows) is displayed. Once syncing is complete, while the transmitter is connected to the GUITAR IN jack, a blue charging icon (lightning bolt) is displayed. When fully charged, the battery icon is displayed with all three battery bars bright green. NOTE: Any time you move POD Go Wireless into a new environment, connect the G10T to its GUITAR IN jack to perform a sync. Sync scans the frequency spectrum and automatically chooses the optimal wireless channel. You may also manually select the wireless channel from the Global Settings > Wireless menu. 2. Once sufficiently charged, remove the transmitter from the GUITAR IN jack and connect to your guitar’s output. POD Go Wireless continues to show the transmitter battery life indicator as well as a 3-bar RF signal strength indicator to its right. When no active transmitter is detected, an “empty” battery and dim RF bars are shown (see No Tx Found below). The remaining battery time and RF signal strength values are indicated as described below: Battery Life Indicator > 4.5 hours - Full green battery 3 hours-4.5 hours - 2/3 full green battery 1.5 hours-3 hours - 1/3 full green battery 30 mins-1.5 hours - 1/3 full red battery < 30 mins. - 1/3 full flashing red battery No Tx Found - Empty battery RF Indicator RF High - Three bars RF Medium - Two bars RF Low - One bar No Tx Found - Zero bars IMPORTANT! The G10T transmitter’s LED lights green when powered on and the battery has more than 30 minutes left. If the battery has less than 30 minutes left, the LED flashes red. To extend battery life, sleep mode is activated after a period of 4 minutes where no audio input is detected. The transmitter “wakes up” when the instrument is played. Q: How do I use multiple POD Go Wireless systems? A: Up to four POD Go Wireless and/or standalone Line 6 Relay wireless systems can be used on the same stage. However, care should be taken to ensure all systems are set up properly: 1. For the first system, connect the G10T transmitter to the POD Go Wireless GUITAR IN jack and wait 10 to 15 seconds. Make sure the transmitter’s LED lights green. 2. Connect the transmitter to your guitar’s output. 3. Before the first transmitter goes to sleep (after 4 minutes of no audio input), repeat the above steps 1 and 2 for any additional POD Go Wireless systems. Each system’s scanning procedure works around other active wireless channels to help ensure high quality performance for all systems. Q: How do I set up the Input and Output blocks? A: The Input and Output blocks appear at the far left and right of your signal flow. The Input and Output block settings are saved per preset. From Edit view, turn the Upper Knob to select the Input block and then turn the Lower Knob to change the input. Guitar+Wireless: POD Go Wireless users should choose Guitar+Wireless so both the GUITAR IN and G10T wireless transmitter are active Guitar: Choose this option to receive input only from the 1/4" GUITAR IN Wireless: (POD Go Wireless) Choose this Wireless option to receive input only from the G10T wireless transmitter USB 3/4: USB inputs 3/4 can be used for re-amping, or processing tracks from your Mac or Windows DAW software. NOTE: POD Go also receives input from USB 1/2, but it’s dedicated for monitoring audio from your computer (or iPad) and bypasses all processing blocks. As such, USB 1/2 is not available as an input block source. TIP: POD Go Wireless users can choose Guitar for some presets and Wireless for others, effectively turning the Input block into an input switcher. Q: How do I set the Wireless Global Settings? A: Knob 1 controls the "RF Channel" parameter. This sets the radio frequency channel for the POD Go Wireless RELAY system. Normally, this should be set to “Auto,” where POD Go Wireless automatically picks the RF channel for the most reliable performance. Knob 2 controls the "Cable Tone" parameter. Players who traditionally use long guitar cables may find the POD Go Wireless RELAY system to sound too pristine. Cable Tone lets you replicate the unique treble roll-off that guitar cables naturally create. Choose “Off” for the widest possible frequency response, 10 feet (3 meters), or 30 feet (9 meters). Knob 3 controls the "Wireless Gain" parameter. This sets the overall gain of the wireless guitar signal. Normally, this should be left at 0.0dB, but if your wireless signal appears notably louder or softer than your other guitars, adjust to taste. Q: Will POD Go Wireless work with other Relay transmitters? A: It was not designed to, and we do not condone doing so. Even if it does work, it may perform unreliably. Q: I have presets from the original POD Go. Will I have any issues with using them with POD Go Wireless? A: The files are compatible. One thing to note is that POD Go Wireless converts "Guitar" input blocks from presets saved on the original POD Go to "Guitar+Wireless" Input blocks automatically when they are imported to the wireless SKU. So that shouldn't be an issue.

Hello, I new here and a new owner of the POD Go. So as the title says, I'm trying to figure out the best setup for my patches. I'm coming from a very old Korg AX-1000G from high school days. It was super simple to use so I'm learning as fast as I can on the POD Go since I've been out of the game for a while. I've downloaded some settings from Marketplace and CustomTone to see how others set things up. Here's my setup: ESP Ltd EC-256 --> POD Go input --> Amp Out (pre cab/IR turned off in global settings) --> FX Loop Return (Randall RG200 G2 series, solid state [manual attached]) One of my main questions is should I use the Amp models or should I use the Preamp models? So far the preamps are all over the place as far as output and it seems like I can't really get them all on the same page as far as volume goes. I know it makes more sense in theory to only use the Preamps since I'm using my real amp for the power output but I feel like the overall sound and volume is more consistent with the Amp models. I've moved my cabs to the end of the chain in case I ever want to record through my PC, I won't have to go back and turn the cabs back on adn I still get any effects to work through the Amp Out that would normally be after the Cab. Also, I have level knobs for my FX loop send and return on my Randall amp and I can't really find any definitive info on how I should set the Return level for my setup. I'm getting some breakup on some patches when there shouldn't be, but it could just be me not understanding the POD GO well enough yet too. RG75G2_RG200G2_RH100G2_RH200G2_Manual.pdf

So, I love my POD Go to death, but I can not lie when I say I am frustrated to see no firmware updates since August of 2020. While the package does feel complete on it's own, and I love mine to death as I said, I do feel kind of shorthanded by the fact Helix will probably be receiving updates, and new models for the next 3 to 5 years, while POD Go owners have not even seen more optimizations or patches in over 6 months. Its not something worth throwing a massive fit over, but I am irritated enough to up and just ask what the plan for future support is for the POD Go and exactly what we can expect to see further down the line if anything from it.

Is anybody else having a hard time with high latency using the Pod Go as an interface? I'm using the Pod Go through Studio One and the latency is basically making the Pod Go worthless as an interface.

Hi everyone, I'm trying but failing to use my Pod Go through headphones via a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adapter - I can only get a faint sound so wondering if I'm missing something in the settings. I don't currently own any studio monitor style phones with a 6.35mm jack - are these the only type that would be compatible? I have tried Sony WH1000-XM3, some Bose headphones (not sure of model now) and standard Apple headphones. The headphone output socket works fine with my KEF LSX speakers, using a 6.35mm to 3.5mm cable. Thanks in advance.

I am really thinking hard about buying a POD Go. I have an amp with an effects loop and I really want the POD Go for all of the amp options. I also have a Spider V60 MKii that I love as well. I have been trying to look this up but cannot find an answer......am I able to use the cabinet options from the POD Go through the Spider V as it has the FR speakers installed? I did see somewhere I believe that you could even plug into the Spider headphone jack or aux in to utilize the POD Go cabinet options? I am not sure if this is true but would love to know if that is an actual option. I will use the POD Go regardless for the amp sounds on my Katana but would LOVE to use it in this fashion through the Spider as well.....

Hi, I have a little problem setting up a new preset. What I want is to use a clean amplifier with a distortion pedal in the effects loop. My problem is now that whenever I switch on the effects loop the delay and the reverb (I put those blocks after the amp) do not work anymore. They are switched on and work on my clean sound but whenever I kick in the distortion through the effects loop, they stop working. The blocks do not get switched off; they simply do not do anything. Maybe the answer is obvious and there is just a setting that I am missing. But at this point I do not know what I can try anymore. Thanks in advance.

Hello all, I'm wondering if there is a way in Pod Go to set up a Global effects loop parameter. In other words, instead of activating and placing the mono effects loop block in every preset by hand, is there a way to activate the effects loop to 'always be on' on all presets. thank you.

I recently upgraded my computer to Mac OS Catalina and upgraded to Logic Pro 10.6.1 and now I am unable to record the Pod Go on any of the inputs. I downloaded and installed the specfic driver for Pod Go and Catalina and also installed Pod Go Edit. Pod Go Edit runs but Logic Pro 10.6.1 doesn't record my Pod Go when choosing an input. Before upgrading everything I was able to record the Pod Go in Logic 10.5 and Mac OS Mojave. I have all the audio settings correct on the Mac and in Logic. Is this an issue or does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

I just got the POD Go as a Christmas present yesterday, and so far it's worked great when going direct into headphones. However, the sound that I'm getting from the POD is not that great when I use it with my amplifier. I'm currently using a Vox Mini Superbeetle, and it's to my understanding that I can use the POD Go purely as a multi effects unit since I can bypass the head and cabinet modulation. My current amp does not have an effects loop, so I thought that I could just plug the POD directly into the input jack that I normally use for my guitar. While it does work, the sound that I get from my amp is very flat and it doesn't give me the Vox chime that I'm used to. Any help would be appreciated, as I am totally new when it comes to all of this stuff. Thank you!

Looking for some EQ tips for my Strat to stand out in the mix. I play on my church’s worship team and find that my tone coming through the PA and through online streams sounds really dark and thin at times. How can I clean this up and make it really stand out in the mix? Ideally it sounds more “full” and is able to be clearly heard. I’m using compressors and hi/low cuts on the amps and cabs when necessary. Appreciate the advice!

Does anybody know if the Pod Go can be used with the PX-2g power supply? The power supply for the Pod Go has an end "wall-wart", making it hard to use on a power strip. It is also stupidly short. I used the PX-2g for my Floor Pod Plus and was wondering if I should take that out of storage to use with my Pod Go. I haven't checked the specs and was hoping somebody else had.

Hi there, Im new on this Forum! I hope im acting by the Rules and Regulations here. Also be patient with me and my mistakes, as english is not my native tongue. I came here to ask some Questions before purchasing a Pod Go from Thomann. Im a pretty new Guitar Player living in Vienna City. As i want to practice without Noise i would mostly use the Pod Go with Headphones. Sometimes i would like to turn my Stereo on aswell and plug the Pod into that. I know it may not be the best sounding solution but i will only use it rarely with the Home Stereo, as i will have to be mostly silent. Equipment i already have: Sony MDR 1A TFZ King Pro FIIO F9 pro Phillips A5 Pro FIIO X5 3 Dap FIIO A5 Amp Denon X2500H Teufel Ultima 40 MK3 Homebuilt Sub (Soon if it makes sense to build one for Guitar Use) I want to have a good Sound with both. Do you Guys think it will be possible both with the Stereo and Headphones i have? Im not concerned to model a real amp 100% but i just want a good sound so i can practice. With Headphones i am really not sure if i would need something diffrent or to upgrade, as i heard not everything works good with the Pod Go. What works good for you and do you think the low resistance of my Headphones will work? Also i was wondering how to Wire the Pod Go so its connected correctly to Headphones and Stereo. What shall i do so it sounds good? Do i need more Equipment like Mixers or DI Boxes? Sorry this is new Terrain for me so i have no clue what to look for, which Adapters etc. Thanks for the Help! Importing IR (impulse response) out of memory condition error

If loading a third-party IR (impulse response) into HX Edit or POD Go Edit results in an out of memory condition, it is likely the source file is too large or contains too many samples. Open a DAW (digital audio workstation) e.g. Cubase, Logic, Reaper, Ableton, etc., or other capable audio recording/editing software, such as Audacity, and import the IR file into a new session/project. Trim the IR so that it is no more than 2,048 samples in length. Most DAWs have a ruler that you can set to beats, minutes/seconds, or samples. Set it to 'samples' in order to make the most accurate time selection. After the file has been trimmed, you're ready to export/bounce the new IR file. Use the item render/export in your DAW and follow these guidelines to ensure compatibility: 24-bit / 48k Mono (1 channel) Must be WAV file format-

When recording your Pod Go do you use it as an interface and record digitally or do you send the analog outputs into another interface? I like the idea of going digital, but I don't like switching interfaces all the time. Is there a real difference in quality?

I got my hands on a Line 6 POD Go and this thing rips. It uses the same Helix amp modeling technology. Although it has some limited routing and output options, I'd say for about 90% of use cases, this is the perfect piece of Helix gear.

New Pod Go, I have connected to the Pod GoApp. I can click the toe button but moving the Wah/Volume pedal changes nothing. I can see the Wah Volume Exp1 Exp 2 light up with the toe click but the actual pedalmovement does nothing what am I missing?

I bought the Pod Go and also purchased the Powercab 112 Plus also. I'm not able to get good tone using the two together and I'm unsure as to what the units settings should be set to in order for both units to preform at their best. I can not find a video or forum topic that provide guidance in the best connection settings when using the Pod Go and the Powercab 112 Plus together. For example: Do I need to turn the cab sim off on the Pod Go and use the Flat setting in the powercab or the cab simulation on the powercab? I can't figure out what the best settings are while using these two units together. Any help would be much appreciated.
