    I just bought a new Helix Stomp XL. (I had the Pod Go previously). None of the factory presets are in here. I did a factory reset and have updated the software. Suggestions to find factory presets? Thank you.

    I used to use my custom presets for weeks, today I want to use other sound and found that all the factory presets page is changed to "NewPreset" and all Presets are blank. Do anyone know how to restore the Factory Presets? I'm okay to build my custom presets afterwards. Many thanks.

    I recently transferred all my software to a new MacBook Pro and subsequently lost all my factory Pod Farm presets. Anyone know how to get these back? I found a couple of old posts but the process they offered didn't work. And there were some 3rd-party preset pack downloads but I don't trust those. I just downloaded the Pod Farm 1.12 update - will this load new presets? thanks
