Hi. I found some issues in my Line 6 Spider 240HC amp that probably have other discussions opened, but i decided to record them. https://youtu.be/67unAeUulCA In the first one, the display flashes when it's turned off. https://youtu.be/477VH-TT4W8 That sound happens when i turn off the amp. That happens sometimes using different IEC cables. https://youtu.be/Fy6RwlY-xHk This problem started when i changed my IEC cable too. Sorry for the sound quality, there is a clicking sound when i activate the reverb. I though the it could be caused by the cable, but they are universal and i guess that it could be produced by digital issues. I really like this amp but it's difficult to play a gig calmed with that kind of problems. Is anyone having these problems? Sorry for my english.

I have hxstomp and es-8 from boss to controll snapshot and other pedals. This problem happens.↓↓ ・Send midi message from es-8 to hxstomp to change snapshot1→2 or 2→3 etc... Usually hxstomp responses it, but sometimes does not. Do you think why this problem happen? If you have same issues, please help me. -
Hi guys... Firstly, the problem I am having has only happened since I updated to Helix 3.0. So - when I load a new preset and go to snapshot mode, as soon as I press a footswitch for an alternative snapshot, I get the small 'E' icon which suggests I have edited something. any further switching of snapshots doesn't help and the snapshots do not default back to the original settings. Yet, when I go out of the preset and come back into it and go back into snapshot mode again, the 'E' has gone but returns as soon as I hit a footswitch. I have seen other users are experiencing the same issue. Please help with this problem - Thanks

Hello guys, I hope someone sees this because I am at a loss as to how to fix this issue I'm having... I recently moved into a new apartment and ever since my HX Stomp has been acting up. Almost every time I turn it off, my entire system freezes (kind of). This means: everything disconnects, all bluetooth devices are thrown out and my external HDD is disconnected (scary!!!). Essentially I causing me to have to hard-restart my Mac (Retina, Late 2015) via the Power-Button. I'm afraid the Stomp is gonna fry my system, is there anything I can do? Is this issue even known? I hope someone can help me because I really love my HX Stomp but I can't use it via USB if this keeps up... Thank you in advance.

Hey there, I recently encountered a problem with my Helix Lt and haven't had any success in fixing it so far. I use my unit as an interface to record into Cubase from time to time. However, the device's driver doesn't show up in the drop-down menu where it could usually be selected anymore. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, I would be very happy if you could give me some advice. Thanks in advance. Rock on!

Hey y’all! First post here. I’m gonna try to explain this as clearly as possible, but it’s kind of confusing, so bear with me and let me know if you can help. I’m running my pedalboard into the front of the HX Stomp (no FX loops or effects after the Stomp). The last pedals in my chain are a mono input into my Timeline > L/R out into my Big Sky > L/R out to the L/R ins of the HX Stomp, which is then running L/R out to a stereo DI into FOH. Easy peasy. Both channels are working and receiving signal at the board. I’m trying to run the Essex AC30 and the Matchless Jump in true stereo. I split the AC30 and its IR on path A, and the Matchless and its IR on path B. I panned path A hard L and path B hard R on both the split and the merge. After the merge, I then put a stereo EQ and a stereo compressor at modest settings before hitting the Out. SO, the problem I’m having is that one of the channels is receiving the amp, IR, EQ and compressor with no issues. The OTHER channel however is only receiving my Big Sky’s Reverb (and maybe the delay) from my board. It’s like it’s only receiving the wet effects, but no dry signal. It’s so weird and I’ve been wracking my brain like CRAZY to try to figure out what the heck I’m doing wrong. SO...that’s my long-winded explanation. Any ideas?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my HX Stomp. I bought it 6 months ago and been using it as both audio interface or plugged into my scarlett ever since. I'm really satisified. Lately, I decided to use it as an effect stomp in front of a tube amp (effects only, no amp or IRs) or straight into the PA. All I got from these two scenarios was disturbing noise and no sound. The routing signal has always been: guitar - jack cable - Hx stomp - jack cable coming out of the L/mono main output - Amp or PA. Nothing worked. Needless to say, I checked all the cables I used and they're all good, I used 4 different amps, 3 PAs. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? PS: as audio interface or in front of my Scarlett (L/mono output to interface preamp) works very well. Thanks so much! Love to all

Hi, I am using the UX1 to plug my guitar in to my Mac (I'm on Catalina) to record using logic pro x. It lets me play/record for about 30 seconds and then basically just feeds back one never ending sounding horrible note (no its not my playing, classic lols). I have recently updated my line 6 software & mac, changed cables. All the usual things I can think of but nothing works. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it. Many thanks! Rich

I bought a used Floor Pod Plus from Guitar center and I'm trying to hook up the midi ...the Vyzex sees midisport but it wont interface with the floor pod plus...what am I doing wrong...Windows 10 64

Hi, all, Of course, I seem to have the one problem that I cannot find on Google, YouTube, etc, so her I am.. i have just just updated My Helix Native to the latest iteration and I have also purchased IR’s from Line 6 and Dl’ed the free Allure pack, as well. the problem is I can’t seem to be able to use them. They don’t drag and drop as it shows in videos, also when I drag and I are to where I want ita white no go sign appears that seems to be telling me “No Dice, Baby.” can anyone share a solution with me? Hi Sorry if my english is not very good, I'm Indonesian I have a problem with line6 POD Studio GX The output from the line out/headphones is mono, i can't make it stereo. Pan pot doesnt change the output sound panning. Here are some things that i've done to fix the problem (but not work) Reinstall the software Change the headphone/line out jack till 6 times Updating to the latest driver/software/monkey etc Installing it on different computer Installing on different OS (Windows XP/Windows 7) Setting the line6 audio/midi setting None of the above is work. Usually i can fix some problem like this, I've been using many line6 product since 2003, and i'm working as line6 endorser for PT. Citra Intirama in Indonesia since 2005. So usually i can fix small problem like this. But this one is different, i thing i got a defective unit. Please help. Maybe i miss something. Thanks

I bought a refurbished Firehawk FX that always boots into a weird menu. I'm not able to exit the menu, nor I can perform the factory reset. I've tried updating the device to different version multiple times on two computers but the problem persists. I'm aware that this menu is propably the so called update menu I've heard some people talk about which is supposed to be opened by pressing A+C buttons when powering up, but I haven't seen any pictures of it anywhere so I can only guess. So I took a video: Should I assume my Firehawk is broken? I can still return the device. EDIT: Each time I've performed an update, the updater has indicated that the updates succeeded.

I have a 2018 Macbook Pro and up until about 2 weeks ago, the DAW I use and HX edit doesn't recognize my HX Stomp. Is this likely because of a problem with Catalina? If so, when will it be fixed? Anyone else experiencing this problem? -
I am a relatively new user to the Helix and I'm having an issue with latency when I'm switching between snapshots in a given bank. When I purchased the unit it had firmware 2.3 installed and I updated to the latest firmware version and everything went smoothly. I cannot say for sure but I felt like I wasn't getting a latency issue when switching between snapshots before the update and if I understand correctly I shouldn't be having that issue. Like I said, I'm not sure if the latency was existing before the update but it is definitely present now and it will make my music unplayable due to dynamics and what not. If anyone can give me some insight here that would be super appreciated, thank you.

Having a problem with a DL4 that I recently purchased. I've attached a recording to this post (the recording is clipping a tiny bit, apologies for that). Basically when I switch any delay on, the guitar signal gets cut very briefly and then comes back with delay, instead of just carrying on with added delay. You can hear it happening 3 times on the recording I've attached, every time I release the switch to trigger the delay. Has that ever happened to any of you ? Any thoughts ? I have a problem with the POD HD 500X. I'm normally playing at home then I want to change from the EXP1 to EXP2 to use the Wah effect, but the POD shuts down and it begins to restart over and over again without starting. Waht could it possibly be? FX overuse? Wrong calibration?

Hi, i have a problem with my pod hd500x: when i plugin my pedalboard to the pc for edit the tones and exit in my amplifier, the tones sounds really good, but when i don't plug to the pc the pod all of my tones have a really lollipop sound, with a lot of interference and really high tones that make the tones noisy. I tried all the way a can to solve this problem, but i haven't found a solution. this is a really sad thing beacuse i have my pod for 8 moths and i can't use it live because i can't bring with me my pc. I hope someone can healp me solving that problem.

Hello, I have a couple of problems with a brand new hx stomp. 2.71 firmware with an active/passive bass. I have two problems : 1. Headphone output is generally too low, even with the volume at max. I'm using 32ohm phone, there is optimization for another impedance? 2. The bass sound is distorted even if I have an empty chain or analog bypass!! There is a lot of distortion in mid and low frequencies content even with passive or active basses (connected to the main L input). Can you help me? Best regards, Bye

Greetings! Happy new year! My sweet Hd500x has several problems: The 4th rotator (under the LCD screen), the tap, up and down and and the fs5 footswitches are almost dead. I live in Greece and Line6 lists only a shop 600km far.. 1. Any good diy guides to repair.. or 2. e-shop in Europe to find Heavy duty replacement buttons and knobs or maybe the footswitch pcb 3. Should I try using compressed air or liquid cleaner, above or below the surface? 3. any other suggestions would be welcome

My M5 has been acting a bit strange lately. I have an expression pedal connected to it, but sometimes the M5 doesn't register the full sweep. A good example would be the Whammy preset: I configured the expression pedal to go from 0.0 to +12.0. However, sometimes when I put it toe down, it goes to +11.8 or something. I'm able to fix the issue by disconnecting the power and restarting the M5 a couple of times, after which it stays stable and always registers the full sweep, until I power it up again the next time. Anyone had a similar experience? How did you fix it? It's rather annoying I sometimes have to connect and disconnect the power for up to ten times before it works correctly. Thanks in advance, Wout

Hi, I have a problem with my Pod HD. While trying to connect it to my computer, I accidentaly touched the footswitch's cable slot with my USB cable and after that my POD's screen started to glitch, working only half of it and went to an infinite loop so wont reboot properly. It just keeps loading and rebooting. If i leave it a while, the screens starts working but stays at the Line6 logo going on and off. I've already tried turning it on while pressing the left nav but nothing happens. If I put on the flash update mode (down nav) it will glitch at first but then it will appear "Update flash" on the screen, but my computer wont cognize it anyway. NOTE: While uploading the video, the screeen stopped glitching, but the unit won start, it just keeps loading. Help...

Hi all, I'm having a problem with POD Farm running with my POD studio UX2: I can't assign any midi control in the MIDI Assignment view panel, I wrongly cleared the default assignment for a setlist and find that there is no button to add new assignment and mappings as showed in the user's manual. I've tried to completely remove pod farm from my mac but there's no way to return at the default settings. Every time I reinstall all software and drivers, the previous settings are automatically loaded. I want to go back to the default settings or finally have the buttons shown here http://www.manualslib.com/manual/381449/Line-6-Pod-Farm-2.html?page=59#manual for add the default midi assignments and set the footswitch 1 & 2 to be used as previous and next tone.
