Hi, This is Rudra from Kolkata, India. I have a POD X3 bean. It's Save button is malfunctioning. If I press it, it is acting as same as the "HOME SCREEN" button and even sometimes acts as same like "INPUTS" button but not as "SAVE". So I am unable to save my patches now. In deep trouble. Hi! I recently get a Spider iv of 75 watts. I was so excited about it, but then i start with trouble. I was playing...testing the presets and making mine but suddenly I realized that the volume was too high in some of them, I didnt want to change the master volumen every time I change my channel...so I start reading the manual and I start changing my channel volume....I was doing fine, until I try to change the channel volumen of one of my presets. An example Drive Bass Mid Treb Channel Vol. 7 6 4 8 3 (On the display and knobs) This is how i safe my preset Then I move chanel volumen becouse it was a little bit down so it end like this... Drive Bass Mid Treb Channel Vol. 7 6 4 8 5 (On the display and knobs) BUT!!! the volumen just went all the way down.... so I needed to turn the channel volume all the way up just to get a lower sound than the initial one. What am I doing wrong?

I need help with this issue, here is the story: I bought a Relay G30 system a few years ago, I tested it and worked perfect and I ended keeping it in a closet for may be 5 or more years. Now I just got it out and when I turn on the transmitter, it just gives me a solid yellow audio light and a solid purple battery light. I just learned from the online FAQ that this means it is on "change channel" mode. I have no idea how it went to that state, but it seems that there is no way to get it out of it. I already tried going from 6 to 1, 3 times on the channel selector, but it still stuck on those two solid lights. Also another thing I noticed is that when I turn it on, both lights go straight to those colors, they do not flicker or blink at all. I also suspect it is not bricked, because I took out the new batteries I put in and put some old batteries and the battery light went from purple to red right away, so at least that is a sign that it is still "registering" the low batteries. Please let me know if you have any step by step guide on how to solve this. Thanks! -
hi - i just got a jtv69 from mf,i plugged the battery inside a 1/4 ts to an active console/mixer but nothing happen - i move the knobs and nothing turn on. the guitar sound good and picks are amplified but variax is not working. i am just trying to charging the battery but the charger doesnt give a continued red light (as line says to be in a charger mode) but double red lights that comes and goes every 25 seconds. also i tried to connect the guitar to the workbench usb interface but again, it gives an intermittent red light. do you guys know something more about that situation? bad battery? thanks -

hi - i am new to this type of gtr so understand my situation after losing a day to understand how that work! i bought a jtv69 from MF that i got today - i plugged (without charging) the battery inside, i plugged a 1/4" ts cable into my console and nothing turns on (not modeling not quick tuning) - pickups sound rad, so the gtr is amplified. i am charging the battery but it flash between 25 second sometimes 1 light and other times 2 (not a continous red light as line 6 say on his tech sheet- mf doesnt know what to say nad gear heads seems never touched a guitar before) i connected the workbench-usb interface but this flash red light too. mf doesnt know what to say and gear heads seems more lost than me ( thanks mf for the great tech-support you have!!!!!) do you guys think it's my missing or a bad battery? thanks -fc -
Hi, i just unpacked the amp, played for some 5 minutes to see how it sounds and then donwloaded the ihpone up and started updating the software. The app crashed in the middle of the update and now the amp wouldn't work at all - even without the app. I kept trying to update again, to an older firmware as that was the only option but that gets stuck at the very beginning and nothing happens no matter for how long i left it (didn't try for more than 2 hours!). Apologies for a blunt question: what should i do? Have you had a similar problem and solved it? Thanks, Kuba

so i just bought a new variax standard to use with my pod hd500. everything seems to be working fine other than i can't save any guitar models to the presets on the pod. for example, if i wanted to change from a lester on one patch then switch to acoustic on another. the tunings change, the knobs can be assigned to certain effects, but for some reason, i can't change the guitar models. any idea why this might be? thanks!

Hi everybody ! I have a problem with pod farm vst in reaper. I was recording song earlier today and i recorded only dry signal for each track. Then i added pod farm as fx to each of those track and everything was perfect. But then i saw that new version of pod farm available so i downloaded it and installed. now when i open my reaper project i only hear dry guitar though the pod farm is added as fx. There is also one more problem earlier i was using dual presets i mean with two amps now i cannot do that. please help me

Hi folks, I followed all the instructions (both video and manual) from Line6 and yt and I'm nowhere near to be able to control pitch shift (like Whammy) or Wah pedal in my chain of effects. What I do: 1. Put Wah pedal in chain of my preset, enter the switch assignment options and choose toe pedal to control wah effect 2. Result: effect is always on, and moving the expression pedal doesn't change anything In pre-made presets however I do can control volume level of some presets, and I also can control VOL level in my own made preset. I did calibrated pedal before using the POD HD500X What Am I possibly doing wrong?

Hi, My KB37 has been acting weird for the past few months. It is sending random Pitchbend and Modulation data by itself. Has anyone else faced this problem? I had contacted support. They told me to change the USB cable. But it did not work. Any suggestions? Regards, Vikram

Hi there. I just bought my JTV 69 and started updating the flash driver. After it stayed like 5 mins and downloaded very slowly, the massage appeared saying that the connection is lost. Since then the dap just doesn't work. When I press on the Varian button it just activates the pies pickup but nothing happens when I switch between different guitar models or different tunings. How can I update or re-install the driver on the JTV?It's now just a regular guitar. Please help! :(( -
Hello everyone. I need help. The problem is that Spider Jam 75W Always restarting, when i want do any thing with SD Card (Software updating, saving, formatting - everything). This is 2Gb brand (Smart Buy). Is this problem can be solved? Thanks.

So my computer crashed not long ago and needed to get it fixed and re-installed. I have a Line 6 Pod Studio UX2 that was authorized on my old ID (before the computer crashed), but since it crashed I couldn't deauthorize the device before reinstalling. Now I can't complete my deauthorization because it tells me to deauthorize the device through the other computer (which is the one I am using now, but reinstalled with new ID). What does this mean? Does this mean I can't use my device at all because I can't complete the process? Please help, I have been looking for anyone with he same issue, but with no luck. I was hoping to just deauthorize through my account on Line 6 and then authorize the device again on this new ID. It would be really unfortunate if I have to buy a new POD because of this... -
Hi, I´ve already seen some people with my problem. But I still didn´t understand it. The problem is that when recording my electric guitar in Ableton, through the UX1 I get a very low input signal. Since it is convenient for modifying it afterwards to have a larger one, I would like to know how to get a good input signal.. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks -
Hi, I updated Amplifi 75 from 1.0 to 2.1 via the iOS application. After the update, I turned off the unit, and I hold down the volume and tone buttons while turning back on the unit. Everything seemed fine, the update was successful, but the tone button's light is not working anymore, it doesn't light, like before the update. Is it a bug in the firmware, or I did something wring? How can I fix this problem, should I run the update again? It is very annoying. I would appreciate any idea. Thx, Jozsef

I received a Line 6 POD HD PRO X the other week and it worked pretty well and without a problem, but, while I was working with the POD HD PRO X Edit, the POD crashed and now it doesn't work, it just flashes the Line 6 logo in the screen and when I press the down button, the screen shows an "UPDATE FLASH" message. I tried to do so, and update the flash, but it doesn't allow me, it just says that: I don't know what to do... I am desperate and I can't find a solution in the web... I will be thankful if you could help me, if you need more information, I'll supply it. -
Bomber Uber - sounds great, then goes bad - muffled and quiet

Has anyone experienced this issue? I have a HD500X patch using one Bomber Uber preamp with no cab and a few effects. Sometimes, after playing for a few minutes, the sound from my DT amps get extremely muffled and extremely quiet only when using this specific patch. The following behavior seems odd: If I switch to a different patch that uses a different amp model, the rig sounds 100% normal. Then... when I switch back to the "problem" patch it also sounds 100% normal... for a while until the problem happens again IF the problem happens again. The problem sometimes appears, sometimes not, it's not consistent. My setup: Variax or regular guitar - HD500X - L6 link - DT25 combo #1 - L6 link - DT25 combo #2, both amps running in low volume mode. If I plug directly into either combo amp and disregard the HD500X entirely, the amps work A-OK and sound great. Just curious if anyone else has stumbled across this, perhaps on other amp (or preamp) models? I don't have my rig nearby right now, but the one thing I remember changing in the patch that might affect the DT25's was that I selected Topology IV instead of the Uber's default Topology III. I don't think that should matter, just thought that info might help. Thanks! -
I bought my pod hd pro X from thomann 2 months ago and it was just fine, untill the last few weeks. Randomly, while I use the Pod as a soundcard for my Windows PC the Pod doesn's seemsto respond to the window's sound while my guitar still sounds Ok on the monitors. This will continue to happen until I restart. Its really, REALLY annoying! I guess it's a windows issue but i don't know how to fix it. Help??

Hi there, I bought a spider iv 75 w and a mkii express 2 and a half years ago. Both have been working great till 2 months ago. Now, when I plug the mkii to the amp it make a wierd noise, kinda distorted/ fuzzy and kinda tremolo too. I think this may be 1 of 3: - cable is not good, which I already tried to change and nothing changed, so no; - amp port is not working good; or - mkii is not working good. The amp alone works fine. Can anyone help me with this? Have anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance. -
Well, i have 2 problems. 1. I already authorized my laptop and podx3live. When POD is turned off, POD Farm doesnt work as insert for a track in cubase (to reamp some track). It says that i need to license my pod-laptop. Is it supposed to be this way? I must turn on my pod each time when i need to use pod farm as insert? lol 2. Gearbox doesnt make any sound as insert for a track. It is shown in a list of plugins, but doesnt work at all. any ideas?

Sorry I am new to the line 6 forum so i don't know where to post for this problem I am having. I have a brand new pod studio ux2. Whenever I try to record or monitor, the tones just sound too terrible to play with because they are covered in static noise, especially when there is distortion. The more distortion, the more crackeling/static. It happens even when just monitoring directly from the pod farm. I download preset's offline, but they sound way worse and full of static-y noise compared to the online previews of the tone. For example, I downloaded this preset off of youtube: On the youtube video, it sounds great and completely clear. But when i monitor the same exact tone on my pod farm, it is covered in static which makes it really not easy to listen to at all, and gives it a completely different feel than what it is supposed to sound like. Please see the attached file to see what the downloaded tone displayed on that youtube video sounds like for me. The guitar I use is a schecter blacjack, which is a pretty nice guitar model. I think mine in particular however has damaged pickups because it is really hard to hear the tone on most special amp effects, and is only really hearable on distorted or clean tones, but even the sound can fade depending on where I am playing. Also there is a couple buzzing problems with my strings so my guitar isn't in the best shape. However i don't really have the same static problem at all when I use that guitar on my spider iv 75 amp. It sound's a lot clearer. So that makes me more unsure on what is causing the static problem with the ux2/pod farm. Does anyone know what could be causing all of that static noise when i use my ux2/pod farm? Aside from my crappy playing, you can definintely hear the difference in actual quality when comparing my recording of the downloaded preset tone, to the youtube video preview of the actual tone. crackely_as_lollipop.mp3

I am new to the forums but I have a serious problem. My Line 6 GX toneport has been making weird crackling\distorted sound. It is continuous in other amp simulators and recording software so I am sure it is the GX and not Pod Farm. I do use Asio4all so that also may be the problem. If anyone knows how to fix this please help.

Hi All, I got a problem with my X3 Live (MIDI settings) and Reaper. I use my POD for playing live along with backing tracks set in Reaper. I have created track for sending MIDI to POD and it works great BUT..... when I stop my DAW, my POD changes settings by itself (tap tempo is much faster, lower reverb mix). Is there any option to program MIDI to retain same settings while playing and while stopping? Please help. Thanks!

Hi all, I recently purchased a Pod HD Pro X and was pretty happy with it. However I turned it off last night and when I turned it back on again this morning the screen is white, not displaying anything even the logo, and any audio sent through it sounds horrible. I had it set as my computers default audio device via USB when I turned it off so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Also I've tried re-installing the firmware which hasn't done anything. Monkey picks it up though and everything else says it's working properly. Maybe blew a fuse or something? Hope someone's able to help, thanks.
