  1. Hello! I'm now the happy owner of a POD XT live unit, and I'm enjoying it very much. Unfortunately, I haven't found a single place (and I went through the user manual in detail) where the list of default tones is detailed. I would like to look up a document (pamphlet, card, cheat sheet, whatever), looking for the traits of the sound I'm looking for, in order to locate it easily, instead of going through all the voices, bank by bank, trying to remember (or jotting on a napkin) the ones I might be interested in. Does anyone here now of some resource that could be useful to me? Thanks in advance.
  2. For anyone who is interested I have created a webpage that allows you to listen to a simple sample from each of the modeled guitars in the default Factory selection. Simply click the icon of the guitar, or the play icon to hear the sample. The samples are recorded straight to my DAW and a small amount of reverb has been added. http://www.ccjmusic.com/line6-variax-models.php This page is an extension of the reference by Luis as found at https://freeshell.de/~luis/guitars/Variax 500.pdf so thanks goes to Luis for the hard work. I hope you find it helpful Colin
  3. I recently purchased the ToneCore DSP Developer kit and I'd like to locate demo code to try out on the pedal. Short of taking the programming route, does anyone know of any code that I could upload to the pedal. I've already uploaded the 2-band equalizer and it functions normally but now I have a desire to explore additional examples before I take up the DSP programming aspect of the pedal.
  4. Q: Can I change presets via a MIDI Continuous Control (CC) in the Gearbox program? A: No, but you can control most of the other functions in gearbox by referring to the GearBox Continous Control (CC) MIDI list attached to this document. You will need to know how to program your external MIDI Control device control knob/swtich to the corresponding MIDI CC value for the parameter GearBox you wish to control. gearbox midi cc.pdf
