  1. I got my Spider V MKII back in August of 2021, and one of the reasons I got it was because of the Spider V Remote app, so I could get a lot of tones and effects. The app worked the first day I had the amp, but the next day when I plugged my amp into my Windows 10 computer, it said "No Device Connection." And now it has been like that for four months. I have done everything that I could possibly do: update drivers, try it on different computers, etc. I have also tried my IOS device, and my Mac laptop. Neither worked either. The only thing that I haven't done is update my amp, which I can't do because the Line 6 Updater app doesn't notice that my app is connected. I have submitted a ticket, but am not confident that it will make any difference, since I have seen that others have submitted tickets in regards to this problem, and nothing has changed. It seems that the last update for Spider V Remote was in 2019, which is a long time for fixes. It honestly seems to me that Line 6 doesn't really care, or else they would have done something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  3. I was looking for a solution to reset my new spider v 20 because the presets would randomly change on me. I went ahead and updated the Line6 updater which just itself got updated. (9-13-2019) Something like that. I carefully read the how's and such, and you must find on your computer, under settings( the Windows Defender smart screen) and disable it. Before you update the Line 6 Updater, because this interferes with the download of the Line6 updater( it says that the files get corrupt on the Windows platform). I am using Windows 10. Seems like a lot to do, but sure enough I was able to fix it no problem. After you successfully Get the New Line 6 updater installed. Simply follow the onscreen instructions. The Factory Reset will Automatically take place. Sure Hope this helps some of you!!!
  4. I've been trying for about 2 days to no success. I followed all the steps on the Cubase Help site that and set the driver to the spider and the inputs to the spider as well but when I press record nothing happens. Can someone please help set me up? I have no idea how to record my amp on Cubase Le
