  1. I wonder if this is a bug: Prerequisites / basic settings: Wah block assigned to EXP 1 (toe switch, inactive) Volume block assigned to EXP2 (toe switch, active!) Preset was saved with the focus on the Output block (could be any other block, though), i.e. Output block is shown in the bottom part of the display when the preset is loaded --------------------------------------- now I press the toe switch to activate the Wah block (EXP 1) -> the red LED lights up -> Wah block becomes active, Volume block inactive but the lower part of the display now shows the name and parameters of the Volume block and the Volume block in the signal flow window got the focus (light gray frame) I observed this behaviour before and even after the recent update to firmware 3.71.0 I've tried other presets and other settings, e.g. engaging the Wah depending on the Expression pedals position, but the error persists. Each actuation of the toe switch brings the Volume block up on the display, regardless of whether EXP 1 or EXP 2 has been activated Can anyone comfirm or deny this behaviour? Is it of any use or is it just an error?
  2. Hi! I'm about to purchase HX Effects for my new rig and would like to use external pedal for wah wah and volume but I would like to have it in one pedal just like on Helix LT or Floor (POD GO also I guess). Do you know of any cheaper equivalent for the Mission Engineering SP1-L6H? I know that the pedal has to have a toe switch and a WS out (whatever that is... ;) ) Thanks in advance!
  3. Hey Guys, I am having issues with the expression pedal. For some reason, I can never get it to reach 100%, it's not so bad when using it for gain/volume, wah, or when programming it to modify bass/treble levels or stuff like that. But when using it for Pitch shift/whammy, if I am not able to reach the exact octave, it sounds terrible (as if I am always off tune) I usually activate the whammy while using the expression pedal's toe switch. The weird thing is this: when I turn off/on the Helix LT, at first, if I use solely the whammy, it works well... (I reach 100%) If I turn on/off any other pedal, before or even after I use the Whammy, then when I go back to the whammy, it becomes offset to 98-99%. I thought it was a physical issue, but it seems to be an internal midi instruction issue. Anyone noticed the same thing?
  4. I was wondering if anyone has used just a regular switch into the expression 2 or 3 as the toe switch for said expression pedal for the bypass of addition effects or snap shots. How is the toe switch part of an addition expression pedal wired. Is it the ring portion of a TRS cable....
  5. Really digging the Pod Go so far - loving the ability to control just about every parameter from the foot switches and pedal. However, it seems that toe switch behaviour is not adjustable. Just wondering if it’s possible (now or hopefully in the future) to invert the toe switch polarity in order to turn a block OFF instead of ON when Volume is activated? It would be ideal to be able to specify this behaviour for each individual block, but even a global setting would be great. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide in regards to this. Cheers!
  6. hey, how can i create a snapshot, in which i have a volume pedal in the beginning, and when i press the toe-switch of the expression pedal i get a pitch wham effect (0 at heel-position, +12 at toe-position) ? I already tried it several times and it didn't work. most of the time both effects where at exp1 even if i assigned one effect to exp 2 ... probably an easy question for you pro's. thanks!
  7. Hey y'all, sorry if this is a repost, I've searched for this info a bunch of times. Here's what I want to do: Using Helix Floor (2.5.0 - can update it if this will fix it) Use one of the vibe effects (Vibe Rotary in my case) No Wah or Volume effects on this patch Use the expression pedal to control the Slow Speed & Fast Speed params Use the expression pedal toe switch to change the Speed param between Slow and Fast mode For the life of me I can't figure out exactly how to do this. I've gotten as far as getting EXP1 and EXP2 to control the Slow Speed & Fast Speed, but I can't get the toe switch to change the actual Speed param from Slow to Fast. I tried using MIDI CC Toggle in the Command Center as well but I am not sure I was doing it correctly. Is this possible?
  8. Loving my HX Effects unit so much. It would be even better if I could use a toe switch expression pedal with the unit, so I could naturally turn a wah on and off with that like the real pedal. Why is this not compatible, and could it be made compatible with a future firmware update? Fingers crossed.
  9. New Line 6 users can sometimes run into confusion over what is referred to in our verbiage as the "hidden toe switch" feature on many of our products. What is meant by this is when the user puts their body weight abruptly on the toe end of the expression pedal (as if pressing a foot-switch) to activate the toggle feature from Wah to Volume, or vice-versa.
