Hello, I purchased the Line6 POD UX2 via http://www.thomann.de on 3/30/18. It was described with "including Line6 Software POD Farm with "FX Junkie" model pack, 18 Amps, 64 effects, [...]". So i registered my UX2, downloaded PodFarm 2.5, which came with a CD and Line6 Monkey. But when I start PodFarm it says "no PodFarm 2 License found". So i only got a Trial Version of the Software, which only includes 3 Amps, 2 Preamps, ... how can i get the full Version, which was described on the Website i bought the UX2? I don't want to buy it seperately, when it should be included with the UX2 device. I also tried to uninstall PodFarm and download the latest Version via your Website. Thanks for your help.

I have very little technical knowledge but have been tinkering with settings and I'm a bit stumped as to how to go about it. I am hoping to have the Bender effect oscillate between the toe and heel values. Is that possible? Loving Pod Farm & my ux2. -
Hi, so I just downloaded POD Farm 2.5 to my Macbook Pro. Before I start explaining my issues, I just want to say that the Line 6 support is absolutely horrible. I called 10 times, because every time i hit the number 2 for customer support, it wouldn't ring, and just say " I'm sorry, I didn't get your response". Okay, so my issue is that I can't get my guitar to work?? (I don't have a mixer, I read that you can do it without one on Mac?) I plugged my amp (Spider IV 30 WATT) into my computer using my ethernet cable, and when i went to turn my amp on, it would turn the amp off until i unplugged the ethernet cable. Then, I used a USB to regular guitar cable, which also didn't work. I'm sure you can tell that i'm not very good at this stuff, but i would like to make this work somehow. Thanks for reading. -
Whenever I play my guitar straight from Pod Farm (Pod UX2) into logic there is no problems but when I use it as an Audio Unit / Plugin it seems to have like no noise gate and come out extremely sloppy and you hear everything like slightly sliding my hand up and down the fretboard. Also if I unplug my Pod UX2 the license is not there and I can't use any pod plug ins. Thanks.

Hey guys! About to purchase Pod Farm 2.5 for my ilok. I own an ilok first generation. Will this work? Or am I required to purchase an ilok 2nd gen? I have searched the system requirements on the Line 6 website and it isn't specified. Any info would be great. Thanks!

Though I'd reignite this thread: http://line6.com/support/thread/70425 And ask if anyone who had this problem knows if it goes away in Logic Pro X? I really can't go through the pain of installing it and it not working again - over the last two years I've done that too many times. -

Download and install POD Farm 2.5x from our downloads page for free here. This will install: POD Farm 2.5x application Drivers for Line 6 hardware Line 6 Monkey update utility Line 6 License Manager 2. After installing the software above, connect your Line 6 hardware (if applicable) and run the Line 6 Monkey to ensure that the POD Farm 2.5x application and your Line 6 hardware drivers* are updated (*Line 6 hardware only). 3. Close Line 6 Monkey and run Line 6 License Manager: If you are using Line 6 hardware (POD Studio/Toneport), select the hardware from the left side of License Manager and hit the 'Authorize' button for that device. Q: Will the POD HD modelers work with the POD Farm standalone or plug in software? A: No. POD Farm is not compatible with any of our POD HD multi effect processor devices however, Line 6 has developed a proprietary editor librarian software called POD HD Edit that is a free download and will allow you to edit your tones on your computer. POD HD Edit is a free download and can be downloaded from our Software Downloads Page.

Terms Before we begin here are some terms to know POD Farm Application is a tone modeling application for all non-POD Line 6 USB recording devices . The application processing the audio from your device on the way to your recording software. Gearbox is the old version of POD Farm. Gearbox operates as a standalone application, standalone editor for POD XT/X3 devices, plugin, and GuitarPort Online client. Amp Farm is the first Line 6 modeling software. It is only available for Protools systems. It has been discontinued by AVID and will not be supported on Pro Tools 11 or higher. Toneport is the old product family name for Line 6's USB recording devices such as Toneport GX, Toneport UX1, Toneport UX2, Toneport UX8, Toneport KB37. POD Studio is the newer version of Line 6's USB recording devices and POD Farm software. This package contains POD Farm software and a USB recording device. Monkey application is a updater app that downloads your hardwares drivers and software for you. It can be downloaded at www.Line6.com/software License Keys are authorizations that live on your Line 6 hardware. You hardware acts as a dongle. Gearbox, POD Farm and all model packs require authorizations to run. Your authorized device must be connected to your system in order to use said items. Model Packs are authorizations that give you access to more models within Gearbox and POD Farm and POD family products. iLok is an industry standard software protection device. Also known as a dongle.
