Hi Guys, Haven't been able to update to 2.50 yet, but I'm very curious to know what is the general opinion on the quality of the legacy effects. I don't have experience with the gear they are deduced from. I've read they are supposed to sound a little bit better from the Helix, but what can I expect? Can't wait to update, but in the meantime thanks for your response!

I put a Wah (Fassel effect) block in my chain. I have the block to be controlled by EXP 1, using a Mission (EP1-L6). When I pull the Wah back to heel position, the Wah effect turns on, but as soon as I rock forward the Wah turns off? These are my settings within the block: Switch > EXP 1 Position > 0% Wait > 1000ms Midi Bypass > Off Anybody else experiencing this issue? Is this a bug with 2.50? -
I just ran through the 5 new mono reverbs with a very basic high gain setup: Rectifire (Gain 7.5, Master 10.0, Channel 5.0) -> Mono Reverb -> XXL Cab Had reverbs set at 50% mix with decay set very high at 9 (which should be a pretty heavy amount of verb). There is almost no audible reverb even with the mix at 50% (the only exception being PlateauX where you can hear a bit of distant harmonics). This is the exact same problem I posted about the original reverbs, something isn't right with the way the Helix reverbs interact with high-gain setups. If I turn down the gain, the channel volume, and the master volume of the amp (which is obviously a much cleaner tone).... then I hear a lot more reverb with the exact same reverb settings. So it seems as though the high-gain amps are overpowering the reverbs and even the level setting (+6dB) can't make up for it. Help!!!

Now we've got the juicy list for 2.50, what's got your mouth watering most? I'm really looking forward to the HX reverbs, and I think I'll have to get in amongst those legacy filters pretty darn quick too :D

Hi, I still have a device with iOS7 installed. Using some little (but official) workaround in iTunes, I managed to download and install the Amplifi Remote App v.2.10. Since I believe that the current firmware 2.50 for Amplifi TT runs only with app versions 2.13 and later, I have the following question: Do NEW Amplifi TTs already come with firmware 2.50 pre-installed? (I just bought one, but it's still in the box.) I just want to know if I could run into any trouble. If they DO come with 2.50 pre-installed, would there be a way to install an earlier firmware version? If they do NOT come with 2.50 pre-installed, which firmware version is the LATEST one that works with app v.2.10? Best, Thomas
