  1. So, I bought this new Amplify 75 amp and upon trying to update the firmware, it appears I put the unit in Return-to-Sender mode. I have not been able to get this unit to respond. I tried everything mentioned in the support forum. I even went out and bought a USB cable. I even tried three different devices in an effort to update the amp. No luck. I just keep getting blinking lights on the amp. So, my question is, who in the world thought this was a good idea to manufacture something this finicky? This thing is going back to Amazon in the morning. I dont have time or patience to deal with something that should be so simple. Insert cord, attached guitar and play some music. Simple as that. I guess simplicity totally by passed the folks at Line6 because this is a freaking nightmare.
  2. Hello all. I have a Toneport KB37 and recently it started doing something and i can't understand why. Here's the deal. Problem: when i plug it in via USB cable it starts working fine. If i begin playing something, the KB37 "dies", then the two clipping red lines begins blinking intermittently, then it goes back to life. If i start playing something again, the cycle repeats itself. What i have tried so far: - USB connected directly on PC (no hubs) - tested on Windows 10 and Windows 7 (both clean installs) - driver is update on both OSs - Monkey is all green lights and updated on both OSs As far as i can tell, it looks like a hardware problem on the KB37, but i can't tell for sure since i'm no expert with sound devices. I searched online and coudn't find anyone with a problem like mine. What i could find was similar issues but none helpful for my case. And finally i'm here. Does anyone have any ideas of what i could try? Anything could be very helpful. Thank you in advance. Take care.
  3. Hello, my first thread ever in my first forum ever: be patient. I bought a second-hand MM4 a couple of years ago. In these two years it has been powered by batteries for a short while, then by a Gator power supply 9 V DC. Everything was fine so far, both in function and from the power supply point of view. End of July I was rehearsing with the usual set-up, some tremolo effect was on. I switch this effect off and after a while choose another switch: the sound doesn't change at all (volume, color, etc.) but on the other side the LED of the button I stomped on started blinking at a slow pace (on-off-on-off-...). Since then, it didn't work anymore. I tried restoring the factory setting (the two outer switches), but it didn't work at all: nothing changed. I didn't try supplying it by batteries because it's "ultimately" stuck to the velcro and I don't want to destroy the pedalboard before I know what to do first. What should I do? Thank you very much. Giorgio
