  1. After my 6 month old G10 started losing transmission no matter what channel I used, I checked Line6 website and see that there's another fix, I thought cool that must be for my problem. I already had the G10 that comes with the 9v power source, so the overheating didn't apply to me, they said when I called them to check. Moving on I followed the directions and had the updater installed, then the new software. Then I plugged the transmitter in and powered up the receiver and plugged it into my computer via USB, using the cord that came with the unit and it turned off my computer, Twice! Called them and they sent out a new one already with the current download in two days, cool, but when I plugged it in to charge , I came back and the green lights were still flashing, before they went steady indicating fully charged, along with the transmitter light being steady. After 3 hrs and still flashing I unplugged it. I called them and was told that it's caused by the update and use the transmitter light to let you know when it's charged. Also while plugged in the green is flashing 123 and the red is on 1, then three, then two and continues to do this. So anyone else having this problem or any other I didn't list. What sucks is mine was working fine and it just started losing reception periodically, from auto to 1 and so on. Seems from what I've been reading is that there is way to many fixes that seem to be making things worse. Thanks!
  2. Hello all, My problem with my HD500x is humming and buzzing, mostly with LED lighting and neon lightning. My first 2 gigs with the unit were all quiet, we were using my drummers Chauvet 4-bar mini LED lights. The third gig and every gig from then on, with the same setup, I got this loud buzzing through my HD500x. It was so loud, it was unusable. Shutting the lights off got rid of it. Now picking up buzzing from neon lights in the bars as well as other buzzing at different locations, some bars worse than others. I tried another power supply - no luck. Tried an Ebtech Hum x - no luck. Tried an ABS power filter - no luck. I'm running straight into the PA through XLR's and using the 1/4 inch outs to my monitor. The ground lift does nothing. Pad switch is at normal, output set to Studio/Direct. Noise gates help a little but the LED buzzing is too loud to gate. I'm running out of options here. I love the sound of the HD500x but the noise issue is killing me. It seems every place I play has some buzz issue. Anyone else have these issues? I can't understand why the first 2 gigs I played were fine and now I got noise. The only thing different is that I tweaked the patches, but that shouldn't have anything to do with it. I'm thinking I may have gotten a bad unit since I can't find a solution. Thanks for any help....
