Hey there, I am a newbie struggling with the HX Stomp Midi controls. In my setting I want the hx stomp to switch my amp's channels when I select a preset on the stomp. I already managed to assign the relevant midi cc commands to the footswitches. However, the normal hx's function would be that I have to press the footswitch when the preset is already active. However, I would like to customize presets that can be selected with a single hit on the footswitch including switching channels on my amp. Is there a way to send a midi command when a PRESET ist selected (and not when a snapshot or a FS "within" the preset is activated)? I am looking forward to you replies. Maybe there is a simple way I just have not found yet... Thank you! Edit: I was able to send the right midi commands by configuring the inserts in the command Center. Each preset can now change my amp’s channels. unfortunately, while the amp reacts immediately there is a noticeable gap until the right sound is properly dialed in. I assume it is an Hx stomp issue. does anybody have any experience with that problem?

Hi guys, I'm pretty sure something isn't working as it should with my HX Stomp XL (firmware 3.50) but correct me if I'm wrong... What I want to happen is when I press the mode switch and then I select a preset, the unit returns to stomp mode so I get the coloured blocks for the pedals etc. I'm pretty sure this would be setting 'Preset Mode' to 'Moment' in the Footswitches tab of global settings... But what does happen is what I believe 'Latch' should do, basically select that preset but remain in preset select mode. Adjusting 'Preset Mode' to 'Moment' or 'Latch' changes nothing about how the unit operates, and a factory reset hasn't fixed it either. Anyone incurred this before, or know if I'm being a bit slow?! Thanks in advance for any comments and help.

I have a Pod Go, but i'm confused about the extra momentary switches you can connect. Is it possible to assign two more presets to the momentary switches when in preset mode, without switching banks?

Hey guys, I just bought the Helix LT a few days ago and I just started playing with it. I made some presets via the pc editor but I realized that when I switch to stompbox mode no effects are shown. Can anybody help me?
