  1. So, I haven't tried this yet, but I plan to and if it works it will be pretty cool... (if it doesn't, I guess I'll have to start it as a suggestion on the Idea thing). JHS makes a pedal that they call the stutter (or something like that) and it is a momentary killswitch. Basically, you can tap the switch on this pedal and it kills the signal until you let go, so you can tap a patter and it will "stutter" to that pattern. I was thinking that I might be able to set up a footswitch on the HX effects to do the same effect (have it control the position value of the volume pedal effect with the level 100 normally and have it go to 0 when depressed). What ya think?
  2. A week ago the looper in my pod hd500x started stuttering. As in, I record something and when it loops the recording, the sound gets cut off and starts off after 1-2 seconds. I don't know if its a common problem but it's really frustrating. I've tried to re-flash the firmware too, it's still not working properly. Please help. Also, this cannot be because of any physical damage because I havent gone out with the processor in the last two weeks and has been in the same place in my room and i haven't picked it up or anything.
  3. First off - im swedish so my spelling migh be a bit poor. I got myself an UX2. Worked fine in windows XP but now I use win7 x64. Problem is that is seems to fight with my graphic card. Only when using UX2 - the onboard card seems to handle every thing good. No stutter no choped sounds. The stutters and choped sound are not gliches or such casued by to much ASIO overload. The stutter leaves "big gaps" in the sound. I dont really know whats the problem - or if anyone else has these. Should I go back using x86 or?
  4. I just got the Studio GX unit. The USB one. Cool ... installed the Farm software, and it's running fine when I play guitar. But then I put the guitar away and decided to get on with some work. Figured I'd play my iTunes through the POD device as it's output to the speakers. It keeps stuttering and cutting out for a split second here and there. I'm using the following Brand new installation (done this morning) of Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3. ALL the latest updates done from Apple. Apple Macbook Pro with Retina. 2.6ghz Quad Core i7, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD. Barely anything on it. All drivers are the latest from Line 6 website. I do not understand why it's so juddery. I'm a designer and using Photoshop, yet I was using an M-Audio Fasttrack (just as cheap!) before and it never once stuttered on me no matter what I threw at it. All I'm doing is listening to songs in iTunes. Any ideas? Is anyone else aware of this problem? It's put a bad taste in my mouth and part of me is worried I bought it.... Thanks!
