friesenman Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 I recently got a new laptop. On my old laptop my studio Ux1 worked perfectly. But on my new one, when listening though the Ux1 headphone jack, the sound was completely distorted. And not just guitar, all the other sounds (volume test noise, iTunes, etc.) were distorted beyond recognition. Old laptop was windows 7, new one is windows 8. Could this have something to do with it? Also old one was Acer, new one is HP. Could there be some sort of default setting I need to change? Please let me know. I am using the same program for each (Reason Limited).
