Holdensh Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 About a month ago, I used my brand new G30 wireless for the first time. I move quite energetically because of the genre of music I play. Every time I jump or move abruptly my receiver would shut off. Then I would go back and forth between "On" and "Off" none of the lights came on indicating any signal. I left the receiver on after packing up to get off stage, and later that night I pulled it out and it was on. I'm assuming its a connection problem. malnack Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 It is the battery door. I just sent mine in for service. When your signal cuts out, if you hold the door shut tight it won't lose signal. I searched the forum and found that this has happened to others. One guy said that he uses a Velcro band around this unit to keep the door tight. When mine returns, I'll probably start doing this to prevent a future drop out.
