fcdrifter7
Hi guys Im new in here and and having some pod problems. Iv tried doing the factory reset and all that fund stuff. When I use my pod after about a half hour or so of use it starts rebooting over and over. I also got rid of all my patches and just used the factory ones in the pod and it still does the same thing. I thought Id ask here befor sending in it for the techs to look at. Thanks
BillBee
Yep - it looks like its going to the shop my man. Normally a reflash fixes that problem but you've done all the things us mortals can try. You can always try L6 direct: http://line6.com/support/tickets/ -B
joel_brown
There is a green light on the power supply. When the POD repoots, does the green light fade out ? If it does then you could have a bad power supply.

BillBee
I was wondering what to feed mine to make it poot. You have to pull its finger in order to reflash the pootware. -B

mecafernando
Mine is having the same problem. It is a HD500. Does anyone has the solution?
spaceatl
hmmm....no green light seems odd....I think there have been incidents here and there of some retailers putting the old XT/X3 AC supply with the HD when it has been an open box sale...The last I had heard about that happening was a few years ago when HD first came out....This will not work...Make sure that your supply is the new one...9v DC with a green LED ....POD went from AC to DC when HD came out and the old supplies do not work correctly...
