mattfolcik Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 I have a question about using model packs. I own the Bass Expansion, FX Junkie, and Metal Shop packs. When I look in the License Manager it says the packs are authorized to my computer and my device. My question is am I able to use the model packs with my buddies Toneport UX2 on my computer? TheRealZap Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 as long as you sign in and authorize with your account... you can authorize up to 4 devices/computers at once. so yes you can. keep in mind that authorizing your computer doesnt do you any good unless you paid extra for a pod farm 2.5+ license... the license that came with your device is tied to the device... so if you unplug it you lose the license... meaning the computer auth wont do you any good... in your scenario... using it with another line6 device it will work fine with the device plugged in.
