Hello

Today I try the put my Boss Dr3 drum machine into the xlr input of the pod

And hell yeah it works pretty good for the looper

Because Line 6 forget too add a metronome for the looper (hope with a update) very usefull too cut the loop

But I test and it works

But the question is :

Can I have any problems with the pod Hd if I use the Drum? I mean can the Pod Hd accept this easely without causing problems later?

Listen here (IT's  JUST A TEST SOUND)

First I launch the drum and looper at the same time

after 22 sec i cut off the drum and the looper play the drum

50 sec I play wth the drum

I think a simple metronome can be working too just with a jack 3.5/xlr

try running the drum machine into the MP3 input instead.  You can control the drum volume from the Boss and use the POD master to control guitar volume.  The looper has no midi sync so will constantly move out of sync as you play anyways...

I don't see why you should have any problem?

you are sending audio in an audio processing unit,

doen't matter if is coming from drums, voice or guitar..

to any audio (line/mic level) source is allowed to get in..

Just to be sure ,  Thanks
