Anyway, I have my Pod HD desktop connected to my laptop via USB so that i can record guitar in Reaper with the laptop using the pod internal sound card for audio output. I also have the POD connected to an amp and monitors via SPdiff. I have found that when I play the guitar and put fx on the track in reaper, I'm hearing the pre-processed sound coming from the monitors where as what I want is to have the pc audio post processed sound coming from the monitors. I'm not sure if that makes any sense at all. I suppose what I'm after is for the pod to process the guitar signal and seems it to the pc then take the pc signal and send that as is to the spdif output. can I do that?
