Amplifi 2.1 iOS crash

I have an Amplify FX100.  I am using iOS 8.2 on my iPhone.  Whenever I open the Amplifi application, it quits before I have a chance to login.  I have also tried to bypass logging in but it still immediately quits after that.  I have rebooted my phone and deleted the app and redownloaded it.  It still crashes/quits.  Any advise appreciated.

I have the same problem, with both iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2 with iOS 8.2. App crashes consistently after about 10 seconds whether I am connected to AMPLIFI 75 via Bluetooth or not.

Here are all the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

- Uninstalled app, forget Bluetooth device, restart iDevice, reinstall app, reconnect via Bluetooth, restart app, crash.

- Connected amp via USB directly to Win7 PC, use AMPLIFI utility to reinstall 2.1 firmware, retry the steps above with the same result.

- Connected amp via USB directly to Win7 PC, use AMPLIFI utility to downgrade to 2.0 firmware, retry the steps above with the same result.

I'm out of ideas at this point.

I am having the same problem with my iPhone 6 Plus. At IOS 8.2 - App crashes after launch - phone shows it is running but it crashes whenever I try to use it.

Interestingly - I have an older iPad (iPad 2 - retina display) also at IOS 8.2 - Amplifi Remote works just fine with it - all aspects of the app are functional

On my phone I have tried the usual

Forget the Bluetooth connection

Uninstall the App and re-install

Reset Network

Cannot get Amplifi Remote to work with my phone

May be time to post a support ticket
