samsgs Posted March 24, 2015 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Seems I have run into my first issue with the POD HD500X since receiving it in December. It keeps shutting down and won't reload setlist's unless I unplug it. It did this several times yesterday and again today. I looked in Monkey and there are no updates. Everything is latest version. I am thinking I need to reinstall/update? Thankfully I do have backups. I am using a Mac (latest OS X) and did have an update the other day. My rig is: HD500X, 2 DT25's, JTV69, L3t. Anyone else having (or had) this issue? What might be best to do? Appreciate any insight before I reinstall. No big deal if that is needed. Just hoping that is all it is.
