bardus71
Will an FBV2 foot pedal cycle through the amps 4 channels?
bardus71
Or with FBV Express, or FBV Express MkII? Or FBV4?
TheRealZap
will work with both versions of the express pedal. not sure about the FBV4/2, not supported... but if i had them i'd try them, i dont think theres any harm as long as its an FBV device into an FBV port. bardus71
I just got sent this comparability chart which says FBV2 not supported, but the FBV Express MkII and the SBV Shortboard MkII are, and are the only 2 that are compatible. I am waiting to hear if the FBV Express (not MkII) is compatible because I have access to one for cheap :) Â http://line6.com/footcontrollers/compatibility.html
bardus71
TheRealZap, have you personally used an Express (MkI) and found it worked? What would the difference be between it and a MkII?
TheRealZap
The difference is the Usb connection it will work just not supported and no longer sold so was never tested. Many guys have used them.
bardus71
Cheers. I might spend the extra money and go the MkII just to keep on top of updates as this range expands functionality.
Jaguar9080
Cheers. I might spend the extra money and go the MkII just to keep on top of updates as this range expands functionality. Â I would recommend the MKII Shortboard (not Express) if you want to be able to cycle through all of the banks and presets, as well as be able to turn effects on/off. Â The MKII Express can only cycle through the A/B/C/D presets of Bank 1. Â
TheRealZap
True. You can do a lot more with the short board. Just costs a lot more
