stanzelr
Hey, I recently bought these products and when I went to connect them, I had issues using the amp as just an amp for the hd300 effects. Is there a way I can turn off the effects on the spider 4? I tried using the 'clean' setting, but it messed up the distorted, high gain sound I had loaded into the hd 300. Is there any way to use the spider 4 just to 'amplify' the hd300 sound? I would prefer not to use the spider 4 alone or have to buy another amp to play the hd300. Kind regards, R
fflbrgst
The easiest way to do this is to plug the output of the HD300 into the CD/MP3 input on the back of the Spider amp. This bypasses all the preamp circuitry of the amp.
