carranoj25
Hey guys, my (awesome, fantastic) guitar teacher let me borrow his Vetta II Combo amp. Been reading through the manual and playing around with it. Going good so far, but as far as downloading patches and hooking up via Internet I am completely unsure of what I need to do even after some reading. So I have the FBV with the combo amp. I was going to order the Midi Uno plug tomorrow. I am using a Mac laptop. Can you guys instruct me of what else I need to do? Software downloads, etc etc. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! P.S. Is there a way to cease the thumping sound when turning the amp on/off? I turn the volume all the way down before I power her off. There is a circuit in the amp that delays and ramps up power to the power amp when the amp is powered up so the turn on thump shouldn't be that noticeable. Perhaps there is a fault of some sort in the turn on circuit but without hearing it myself I wouldn't know. If it works fine then it maybe it's OK.
