fjramirezh Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 I am trying to connect my POD HD500x through Line6 Monkey to update firmware and download HD packs, however, each time I tried to connect my device I received the following message... Error: (Code 8000710B) Hardware is not valid.
