I recently got a 700 with a pod xt live and I am loving it! Apperantly midirose had a website with a tutorial, but the site is gone. I know I am late to the game but any help, advice or diagrams would be appreciated. I have scoured the net with no luck as to any actual tutorials. Charlie_Watt Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 You have to run it separate from the modeling. The 700 was not designed for mag pickups. There is no way to connect it. You could blend them outside the guitar using two amp inputs or a mixer. Add a second jack for the mag pickup and wire it just like a standard guitar.
