byronnemeth Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 Hello Line 6 Friends! I'm trying the use the Helix.app to save my presets and it constantly is Timing Out (see screen shot). I'm connected to USB Port 3.0 on my Mac Book Pro (see screen shot #2 for details). Can anyone offer any advice as to what's going on??? Firmware on the Helix is the new Helix Firmware v1.02.2 Ty!
