HelixMan Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 I want to install the firmware upgrade 1.03 so I installed the Helix App upgrade to 1.01. Now it won't export a bundle and errors out. I'm running Win10. It finds the Helix and shows all my presets. I go to export and name the file the it goes to work - 10 seconds later gives me an error message: Request for device operation failed; returned NACK No bundle file and the the app will not close after the error. Restarting did not clear it up. I have a lot of hours into my presets so can't upgrade unless I can import 'em back. Any help? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
