dwightlud Posted December 12, 2015 Share Posted December 12, 2015 I can see the Guitar in Workbench HD when I have it plugged into my HD500x. If I try and plug the guitar directly into my computer using the USB interface supplied with my variax, Workbench HD cannot see it. I have tried on two different laptops with the same result. Charlie_Watt Posted December 12, 2015 Share Posted December 12, 2015 As CipherHost said the guitar is not powered by the USB interface so you have to have the battery installed and the 1/4 inch jack inserted AND the volume knob turned up.
