welchmann Posted December 31, 2015 Share Posted December 31, 2015 So i got the 2.0 update about 2 months ago used the amp once since then the other day i go to turn it on i get no response all the tone lights and tap lights are dim and the bluetooth light is dim doesnt connect to bluetooth or anything its not use able what the hell do i do? Have this problem myself when I try to save over preset 1C. The factory reset fully recovers it (minus my desire to change the damn tones). Did you try the volume+tap hold down on power on?
