I turned my amp on it was working fine and then I connected my laptop to the CD/mp3 input and my guitar sound turned off.. I checked if the volume was on and it was.. I then tweaked the models knob and I heard a spark and the amp turned off and smoke started coming out of it. I removed all of the cables immediately. can any one tell me which component fried? why did this happen and is it repairable?

Probably an impedance mis-match between the laptop and the CD/MP3 input.

More than likely a component on the input board.

It is repairable. Go into the ticketing system into your account and log a ticket,

and see about getting a return authorization.
