Line 6 Updater not working properly!

I just purchase a helix and trying to Update, the line 6 Updater open and says "select device" & behind is a black screen. Can't select anything. I have Windows 10, I plug it and nothing happens, I don't think it recognizes it. Help? Anyone?

Thanks for the reply @silverhead I will try a different computer. Cuz mine is not reading helix, I did install the ASIO driver the manual suggested.

I am having the same problem.  My device isn't recognized even with the proper login.

 

I am after other Youtube issues.

 

I am thinkning I may just return it.

I have the same problem, every Line6 help is saying "Just get AMPLIFi Utility" When it isn't availeble anymore on their site. REALLY Bad service, everything is outdated if you want do update your software withour iOS... Sucks

I had this issue because I ran the "Line 6 Updater" before I updated the latest USB drivers.  Download "Line 6 Driver2" and install before running the Line 6 Updater app.

I FOUND A SOLUTION! At least it worked for me. i found this video and the guy showed how to update Hx family products. Its simple and it works. I was having problems with my new Pod Go, searched everywhere until i found the video. He uses HX Edit but it should work similarly on Pod go edit. Hope it helps. I know how stressful this can be. Also i was trying to update using the line 6 updater but the black screen showed
