InvincibleNote
If I'm not mistaken, EXT Amp serves to connect to your amp. This performed well during the past 2 weeks. Now I hear no sound, only when I connect to the 1/4" outs. After installing the new update 2 days ago everything worked fine. Now EXT amp out. It's not function. Please somebody tell what could be wrong

Please somebody tell what could be wrong The "EXT Amp" jack is not for connecting to the input of your amp. It is strictly for controlling the amp (channel switching, turning reverb on, etc.). Use the "Ext Amp" jack only to plug into the jacks on the back of your amp (usually) that control amp features. This jack is not intended to output the sound of your guitar and should never be connected to your amp's input jack.
therightclique
This was easily the most misleading/annoying thing about setting up the Helix. Everything else about it is so intuitive. Configuring it for an amp is not, especially compared to previous Pods.
