bad_santa
Hi, Is there any way to make a A 435 tunning sound without having to actually downtune the guitar. I have a HD 500. Also, if it is not possible to do with the POD, is there a single pedal that can actually do that? I do not want to physically downtune the guitar. Thanks in advance, Simon
silverhead
I believe the Hd500 tuner has a Reference parameter. The default value is A440 but you can adjust it. Activate the tuner and check the parameter displays.
bad_santa
Thank you, But, all I can figure out is turning the `1` knob when into the tuning mode to 435hz...Wich would lead me to physically downtune the guitar wich I dont want... I want the guitar to be tuned in 440 but, with the help of an effect of the POD HD or any other pedal, make the output sound to be 435.. Hope that clears out... Thank you, Simon
amp2
You mean 432Hz?
brue58ski
There is a pitch effect that people have used with varying results. I'm not sure if it can do 435Hz but I'm pretty sure it can. Put it first in the chain. Make sure to turn the mix to 100%.
pianoguyy
To answer both questions (the one you asked and the one you didn't)... The Pod's tuner can be adjusted anywhere from 425 to 455Hz. But, you'll need to detune your guitar for that. The Pod has a pitch shifter. Add it to your chain. That will detune the guitar for you. bad_santa
Thank you very much all! The pitch glide is what I was looking for... Have a nice day! Simon
