Spider Iii 150 Watt Head Won't Power On

Took a gamble and bought this head from a non-technically-oriented friend for $50 as-is (was told that it doesn't turn on anymore, don't know any other specifics).  Was hoping it was just a fuse or a loose power connector, but no such luck this time.  Popped it open today and immediately saw the problem: http://i.imgur.com/c14MJEf.jpg

The chip on the left there is clearly toast.  Can I order that part somewhere?  There is a part number on it: 35-00-0220 Rev. B 4.2006
